Milling of distress bituminous layer of 20 mm depth in single pass with suitable milling machine (Capable of milling @ 200-300 Sqm area per hr.) fitted with loading conveyor for loading the milled material directly on the trucks for safe disposal with all leads and lifts complete in all respects or reclaiming to bring to required as per specification to reuse with the approval of Engineer. (NS)

Earth work excavation in ordinary soil exclusive of compensation of earth. Kassi work undressed involving n average horizontal throw upto 2 metres, and an average vertical lift upto 0.05 metre including breaking of clods. (HSR 6.2 a)

Preparation of sub grade, including trenching, rough dressing of spoil, final dressing of earth, to given levels and camber, watering rolling with road roller, and compacting the bed . (HSR 24.1)

Supply collection and carriage of First class brick 22.86cm x11.11cmx6.86cm from approved kiln to site of work shall be made from good brick earth conforming to 3.5 of Haryana PWD specification 1990 edition in stacks of 50 bricks length, 2 bricks width and 10 bricks height parallel to the center line of the road Bricks shall be free from saline deposits and shall be sand moulded. They shall be thoroughly brunt without vitrified and shall have uniform deep red, cherry or copper colour. They shall be regular and uniform in shape and size with sharp and squares aries and parallel faces. They must be homogeneous in texture and emit a clear ringing sound on being struck. They shall be free flaws, cracks , chops, stones, nodules or lime or kankar and other blemishes complete as per Haryana PWD specification No. 3.5.1990 First Edition.(NS)

Laying brick on end edging length-wise 22.86 cm deep and 6.83 cm wide including excavation of earth and refilling the excavated soil and compacting along brick edging complete in all respect with other than brick soiling.(HSR 24.6 b)

Providing & laying 150 mm thick (Compacted) stone metal (G-II) 53mm to 22.4mm gauge wearing coat to water bound macadam in two layer of 75 mm each using screening type ‘B’ compacting with 3 wheeled steel roller/vibratory roller to achieve the desire density including lighting, guarding barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. as per clause No.404 of MoRT&H specifications for road & bridge (5th Revision) of 2013 as per drawing and design directed by the Engineer complete in all respects. (N.S). Note:- Only crust material shall be used. Local earth / sand shall not be used.

Providing and laying first coat of surface dressing with aggregate @ 1.00 Cum per 100 Sqm and bitumen VG-10 grade @ 100 Kg per 100 sqm including heating bitumen cleaning of road surface mechanically or manually, including cost of fuel, aggregate and bitumen and rolling with road roller etc. pre-coating of aggregate are done with use of mixal 6-10 tonne capacity complete in all respects (i/c cost of bitumen).

Providing and laying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg. per sqm. On the prepared bitumen/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including cost of bitumen as per clause No.503 (5th edition) 2013 as per MoRT&H specification (N.S.)

Providing and laying 20mm thick premix carpet (PC) excluding cost of tack coat, with mixed material brought from Hot mix plant and laying with paver finisher and compacting with road roller to achieve specified value of compaction and direction of Engineer including cost of lighting arrangement, sign board and night watch, complete in all respect. i/c cost of Bitumen VG-10 grade as per clause 510 MoRT&H specification (5th edition) 2013 (NS). Note:- Where there is PC on existing black top, before laying PC on existing black top all cracks shall be sealed as MoRT&H specification (5th edition) clause No. 3004.3. which may consists of (i) Fog seal/ or (ii) crack filling and or (iii) patch work repair as required at site in accordance with clause No. 3004.3.2, 3004.3.3 and 3004.2 of MoRT&H specification (5th edition) 2013 respectively. Proper measurement and consumption shall be entered in MB for fog seal/or crack filling/ or patch work but no payment on this account shall be made as fog seal/or crack filling/ or patch work is/are incidental to work.

Providing and laying ‘B’ type seal coat with VG-10 grade bitumen excluding cost of tack coat, with mixed material brought from Hot mix plant and laying with paver finisher and compacting with road roller to achieve specified/desirable value of compaction as per direction of Engineer including cost of lighting arrangement, sign board and night watch, complete in all respect as per clause 511 and 510.1.3 of MoRT&H specification (5th edition) 2013 (NS).

Providing and laying 80 mm thick ISI marked interlocking paver blocks conforming to IS 15658:2006 /IRC:SP:63-2004 of all Shapes and colours in design mix cement M-40 over a bed of 30 mm thick fine sand complete in all respect. (HSR 10.159).

Laying precast cement concrete rectangular block M-30 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size in cement concrete duly compacted with hydraulic machine 450 mm x 300 mm x 150 mm with minimum cement concrete 340 Kg / per cum including form work placing & fixing in position complete in all respect.(NS).

Earth work on berms including excavation of earth in all kind of soils with all lead and lift including dressing the bank, side slope to given levels and templates after breaking of clouds, including the cost of rolling and watering all allowances for labour hardness wetness irrespective of all lead and lift, but including Compensation for earth taken from private land, fields etc. and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In -Charge of the work conforming tally PWD specification No. 6.2 and 6.3 and 3.2 and the other specification 1990 Ist edition. As per X-section attached at DNIT. No earth work will be allowed to be taken from PWD B&R ROW except for surplus earth after approval from Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 studs of standard design, fixed in position, i/c finishing with exterior paint & primer coat & one 100mm wide retro reflective prismatic band consisting of 3mm ACP having high intensity micro prismatic sheeting confirming to IRC: 67:2012 on it duly fixed with 5 numbers 2” long screws with roller plug complete in all respect as per drawing in Section-9.

Providing & fixing retro reflective hazard marker confirming to IRC79: 1981 of size 900 x 300 mm with back support of M. S. angle 25 x 25 x 3 mm and post of 50 x 50 x 5 mm, 1500 mm high embedded into 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.3 m M20 grade concrete as per site requirements, using non-metallic micro-prismatic retro reflective sheet confirming to IRC: 67-2012 type IV specification fixed on 3 mm thick aluminium composite. Material sheet as base board with pressure sensitive adhesive having 0.5 mm thick Aluminium on both sides. (of reputed make such as Array Dennison/3M/etc.)

Providing and fixing RCC village boards 1.85x0.90x0.075 mtr with CC 1:2:4 including cost of steel and 6 mm thick CM Plaster 1:4, loading and unloading carriage at site of work, fixing at site in CC 1:4:8 and painting sign boards with synthetic enamel paint two coat complete in all respect as per drawing and design.

Providing and fixing public Information Board consisting of 75mm GI Pipe of size 2.45 Mtr. x 1.15 Mtr. with 900mm x 900mm G.I. Sheet 16 gauge connected / welded with 5mm thick steel plate of 50mm duly painted as per column mentioned in the drawings and fixing at site in 60 x 60 x 75 cms. Cement concrete 1:2:4 block complete in all respect (N.S.)

Pavement Marker (Cat Eyes) Moulded shank raised pavement markers made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 KG tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No. W/NH/33023/10-97-DO III dt. 11.06.1997. The height width and length shall not be exceed 50mm, 100mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm. On each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+/- degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19+/-2 mm and height not less than 30+/- mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer (of reputed make such as Avery Dennison/3M/etc.)

Providing & Marking center line / Zebra Crossing with hot applied thermo-plastic road marking paint complete in all respects such as furnishing all labour, materials tools, equipments including all incidental costs necessary for carrying out the work at site conforming to the technical specification clause 803.4 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th edition) 2013 as directed by the Engineer. Note: - I). Providing & fixing road side delineator of height 1200 mm made of M. S. tube size 100 x 80 mm having thickness 1.2mm of height 900 mm and balance 300 mm of M. S. angle 25 x 25 x 3 mm. Having micro prismatic retro-reflective panel conforming to IRC : 67-2012 type 4 HIP and of size 80mm x 150mm on both sides as per clause No. 800 of MORT&H. Complete delineator processed by heat treatment process to makes it resistant to all weather effects fixed in C.C. 1:2:4 block size of 300 x 300 x 450 mm as clause No. 806 of MORT&H specification 5th revision 2013. (of reputed make such as Avery Dennison/3M/etc.)

Recovery items: The rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency. Material obtained from dismantling of existing brick work, bituminous layer and granular layers have been calculated taking assumption that 80% of theoretical material will be retrieved. The dismantled material can used in any of the item for the work after modification (bringing it to required specifications) after approval from employer. In case it is not possible to use this material on the work, the agency can take away this material. This material can be taken away by the agency at the price quoted by the agency but minimum price to be quoted is limited to reserve price as fixed and mentioned as under :- Bituminous mix material @ Rs 1590/- P.Cum.
