Providing and fixing Cast Cast Iron/steel double flanged horizontal type with gunmetal seat Dual plate check valve confirming to class - I of IS : 5312 including nuts, bolts, 1.5 mm thick compressed asbestos gasket as per table "E" and specifications complete in all respect as required and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Proviidng pipe protection for under ground pipes from corrosion painting pipe with approved primer and covered with anticorroesive tape (4mm thick of approved make (WL Pypkote) as per specification, complete as required and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of MS air cushion tank on top of each riser fabricated form 6mm thick MS plate, 250mm in diameter and 1.20mts. in height with dished ends fabricated from 8mm thick MS plate with Air release valve with stop cock, flanged inlet connection and drain arrangement with 25mm dia valve, pressure gauge with gun metal stop cock complete with all accessories as required and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of : Gun metal ISI marked odlique pattern hydrant landing valve with 80mm dia flanged inlet and 63 mm dia instantaneous type female outlet complete with gunmetal cap and G.I. chain, twist release type plug and all accessories as per I3: 5290-1983 (Type 'A') and as required and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fixing of 63 mm dia 15m long non-percolating flexible hose (RRL- type A) as per IS : 636, Type A with Gunmetal male & female instantaneous type coupling (IS 903) as required and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing standered short size Gunmetal Braneh pipe with Gunmetal Nozzle 16 mm .dia with standred inletinstantaneous lack type 63 mm dia Coupling Branch Pipe & Nozzle Confirming to I.S 903 as required and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Kirloskar make Factory assembled Engine Driven Fire Pumpset modal PSKT KFE- E1310R-G02+GP+02+72HP/2150 in back pull out design having 125mm suction, 80mm delivery C.I casing, bronze impeler, C-40 shaft with gland packed arrangementcoupled on common M.S fabricated base frame to Kirloskar make vertical water cooled diesel engine complete with 12 Volt battery start arrangement, air cleaner , exhaust silencer ( without piping) fule filter, developing 72 bhp at 2150 RPM, Engine with twin belt driven radiator and complete with engine control panel and fule tank as per specification complete as required and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commission of Electrical Motor Driven Fire Pump set suitable for automatic operation consisting of following as per specifications. a) Horizontally mounted, centrifugal type single stage fire pump having cast iron body, bronze impeller, stainless steel shaft & capable of delivering 2280 LPM against a total head of 70 M complete with necessary Y stainer on the suction side and pressure gauge with GM cocks on the delivery side includeing bypass arrangement (with 50mm valve and upto 5m G.I Medium pipes) for periodcal testing of the working of the pumping set as per TAC rules. b) Squirrel cage induction moter totally enclosed fan cooled type suitable for 415 volts +10% -10%. 3phase, 50HZ AC. supply of suitable capacity (approximate 40KW) for the above pump coupled with flexible coupling including with a pedded of 1450-1600 rpm earthing as per revlevant Indian Standard & specification. c) Common bed plate fo rmounting pump and Moter fabricated of suitable of MS, channel as per manufactures recommendation. d) Suitable RCC pump-Foundations as per manufactures design and 4 nos Dunlop (cushy foot) heavy duty Antivibration mounting pads as required and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.
