Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light , fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendants, regulator, sockets, light fitting etc to be measured separately removing from site of work and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls/floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from DB box MCB SP/SPN/TPN of sizes & any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring using stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS cable of size 1.5 sqmm complete in and including concealed non-metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade for walls and surface including all fittings and accessories using M.S. terminal boxes of suitable size with frame plate cover for mounting of modular type switches, sockets, fan regulators, etc. with screws and 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated stranded copper conductor FRLS cable as continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly and making good to the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed for the followings.

Note :-Two run of 6 Sqmm (Phase & Neutral) + 1 run of 4 Sqmm for earth will be measured as 1.00 RM
