AIR CONDITION AND REFRIGERATION Supply install testing and commissioning of Voltage Stabilizer for automatic correction and operation single phase natural air cooled and designed for input variation of between 170 to 250 V with output stabilizer at 230V with necessary +/- 2.5% and of capacity 4 KVA complete.

CHEMICAL EARTHING Material & labour and testing of tripode earthing (3 Nos earthing interconected to one set) maintenance free earthing solution comprising with the following:- (a)Supply & fixing maint free earthing, after digging bore of suitable size, and UL certified manitenance free earthing system having a set of copper bounded earth rode of 03 meter length, 18/17.2 mm internal dia with wall thickness of 2 mm made of high tensile low steel circular rod, molecularly bonded with 99% electrolytic grade copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonding thickness- 250 microns) with exothermically jointed copper bar of 200 x25x6mm for long lasting and connected. (b) earth copper bonded electrode should be tested by CPRI. (c) Current carrying of earth copper bonded electrode shall be of 25 KA/Sec. (d)Supply and filling of carbon waste, eco friendly earth enhancing compound of RHOS, tested by NABL accredated lab in compliance of IEC-62561-7 and having passed leaching, sulpher corrosion resistivity tests as per IEC-62561-7 and international standard for earth enhancement compound in compliance to IEC-62561-7 with a restivity <0.12 ohm-m, 25Kg- Qty 03 Nos.

(e) Earthing enhancing compound shall be free from corrosion, it shall be carbon based material and shall be free from bentonite and other hazard substance. The product does not dissolve/deteriorate or leach out of time. It shall be highly conductive and improve earth absorbing power and humidity retention capability. It shall be ecofriendly and chemically inert to sub soil. (f) Supply and fixing plastic/ FRP earth pit of size 247mm x 338mm complying IEC-62561-5 - Qty 3 Nos. Note : (i) One testing after completion of job, if desired earth resistance is not found i.e below 01 ohm, the earth shall be re-done at no extra cost to the government. Any additional work and material required to achieve the required result is included in the cost. (ii) Rate included for testing, commissioning including checking of earth continuity and earth result complete all as specified and directed. (iii) Vendors are bound to provide earthing result upto 1 ohm with grid of three earthings. (iv) Earth strip beyond 7.5 Mtr is deemed to be included in quoted rate. EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT cubical outdoor type panel made out of CRCA sheet 3.00 mm thick totally enclosed CPRI approved/ type tested with front and rear opening, hinged doors with projected and raised platform of suitable size weather proof along with lugs, cable glands of various sizes for cables, danger notice plate, stickering of switch gear about load termination, cable connector for connecting multi cables locted in cable chamber terminated from the switchgear the nuts/ bolts etc used are to be made of rust proof material as per IS:8623 with aluminum bus bar of 250 A with insulators sutable for three phase and neutral complete & powder coating with epoxy powder coated mat finish of SIEMENTS GREY structural RAL7032 shade colour, built industrial type locking arrangement on front and back and pre wired with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor for controls and monitors, PVC sleeved aluminium strip for connecting MCCBs, Panel mounted on suitable size & thickness of angle iron frame ( proper mounting shall be done) duly painted and embedded in necessary required quantity of PCC 1:3:6 type C1, 30cm below ground level and 30cm above ground level and consisting the following provisions:- (a) MCCB 4 pole 250 Amps,35kA with thermal magnetic release -01Nos(incoming) (b) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps, 16KA -02Nos (Outgoing -01 +01 Spare)

M & L cutting of road, hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soiling and morrum filling for laying of cable pipe all as directed and making good the road/hard standing by using all old/new materials and with PCC (1:2:4) etc, required to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying HDPE DWC pipe of size 120mm (OD) x 103mm (ID) along with connected accessories like couplers, bends end caps etc for LT/HT cable protection complete confirming to IS-14930 Part II with IP 67 protection all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Disconnection / taking out & shiftingt of existing DG sets from foundatation / original position alongwith all electrical connections & kept it in safe position without any damage by mechanically properly . After bldg work completed the DG Set repositioned in same location & connect the DG set with all Electrical cables as per original fitted aong with T&P required for shiting complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnection / taking out & shiftingt of existing DG Panel board from foundatation / original position alongwith all electrical connections & kept it in safe position without any damage by mechanically properly . After bldg work completed the DG Panel board shall be repositioned in same location & connect the DG panale Board with all Electrical cables as per original fitted aong with T&P required for shiting complete all as specified and as directed by E-in-Charge.
