Termination of cable cores on ARA terminal/fuse blocks in the apparatus cases/ cable termination rack. This includes all associated works of pulling out the cable from underground. The work shall be done as per location plans and instructions of Rly engineer at site.

Installation of earth electrode assembly as per Drg.No.RE/S&T/SIG/Tender/SK726/85 21 including earth wire connected through GI wire 8 SWG supported on M.S. flat of size 6mm x 40 mm to earth electrode as per drg. No.CR/S&T/SK-815 for sigg. Equipment such as lever frames, apparatus case, signals, relay racks, block instruments, and etc. as per RE manual. The earth value should be less than 10 Ohms including the lead wire. The value should be measured in presence of Rly. supervisor. It should be documented and painted on earth enclosure made of concrete.( only earth electrode will be supplied by Railway). All other material required for provision of earthing will be brought by the contractor.
Erection, Fitting and Rail connection of Track Lead juntion Box on two supports 22 (M.S.angle) with contractor's fixing material and PVC jacketed wire for track lead connection including angles of size 40x40x5mm 1200mm length. This will include drilling of holes for track lead/side connections of rail. The work shall be carried out as per Drg. No.SK-845 or / & instructions of Rly engineer at site.
Provision of bounding with contractor's PVC jacketed wire rope for Track Lead connections. PVC jacketed wire rope should be of Galvanised steel wire rope 6 mm dia (6x19 stranded wire with steel core of 6mm dia) sheathed with PVC 2mm wall thickness, overall thickness 23 being 10 mm. PVC sheath should be made of type 6 compound as per IS 5831 of 1984 Reaffirmed 2001 and steel wire rope as Per IS:2266:2019. Reclaimed or recycled material should not be used. This will include drilling of 7.1mm dia holes in rails (4 Nos) and provison of two jumpers for each bond, clipping of bonds etc. with contractors own materials and tools as per instruction of Rly engineer at site.

Installation, wiring & /commissioning of Multi section Digital Axle counters's central unit/Evaluator/Processor for the section/at station including its associated all indoor equipments, 25 Indication panel, monitoring console/interface computer and wiring the same to integrate with the relay circuits including supply required power cable of multistrand 10 sq.mm or more from power room to central evaluator, 2 core shielded cable of required size copper conductor as per as per IRS (S)76/89(Amd.3). or IS 694/2010. with latest amendment as applicable with other accessories as per the instruction of Rly engineer at site and earthing as per OEM's technical requirement and specifications. This also includes laying & termination of cable, if any from panel Room to Axle counter room/Relay room in DWC pipe with contractor's material/existing ladder.
Installation, wiring & Testing / commissioning of Axle counters Reset Box of all types 26 in Cabin/Panel Room and wiring the same to integrate with the axle counter as per instructions of Railway Engineer at site. This includes laying & termination of cable, if any from Panel Room/Axle counter room/ Relay Room to Reset Box in DWC pipe/existing ladder.
Installation, fixing and wiring of Track side Electronic Equipment of Axle counters including its battery & charger (if required), foundation and earthing as per OEM's technical 27 requirement and specification associated Relays in apparatus cases, location huts, relay rooms etc., with contractor's wiring material, termination of tail cables on terminals/fuse blocks, Supply and making Axle counter parameter history cards, all activities as per standard practice and technical specifications.
Installation of complete assembly of track device/double rail Contact unit for entry or exit with conductors all material including drilling of required sizes holes on rails for fixing these, taking the cable lead through anti-rodent, anti-oxidant & non-flame propagating type Double walled 28 corrugated (DWC) pipe as per RDSO/SPN/204/2011 Ver 1.1 with Amd.1 or latest from track device to location box and terminating it on terminals including digging of trench under track and up to location/Track side unit and all other accessories as per site requirement for laying of transmitter and receiver cable with suitable wire embeded rubber pipe with clamp for protecting these cables at DP end. Installation of complete assembly of deflectors on either side of Track Device/Double Rail Contact Unit including drilling of required sizes holes on rails for fixing these.
Supply, fixing & Wiring of mismatch panel depicting Indication panel/VDU layout with contractors own material like LEDs for each track section, flexible wire, connecting terminals, buzzer etc. The work shall be done as per extant practice on C.Rly & the instruction of Rly engineer at site.
Refixing of electrical point machine, ground connection during phase working (Non 31 interlocked working) after removing the existing fitting if any, adjustment if necessary, cable termination, wiring, testing and commissioning of electrically operated point, fixing and connecting point indicator on derail switch if necessary. Excavation of cable trench as per cable route plan, 1.0 mt. deep and 300mm wide along side the track in normal soil/strata, conforming to distances as per cable route plan and refilling after cable laying. This work includes covering of cable laid to trench by loose soil for a layer 33 of 50mm thickness after clearing of route, bushes etc. It shall be ensured that top of the cables laid is at a depth of 0.8 m or more. If it is less, then the width and depth shall be suitably increased and accordingly proportionate payment shall be made. In case depth of trench is not achievable due to site conditions, proportionate payment will be made as per procedure. The work shall be done as per extant practice on C.Rly & the instruction of Railway engineer at site. Drg No SK 805

Placing and securing of cable route markers in trenches at the specified interval and at diversions, joints etc along the cable route. The work shall be done as per extant practice on C Railways & the instruction of Rly engineer at site.
"Where ever depth of 0.5 m cable trench is not feasible, cable shall be protected as under:- Preparation of cement mixture 1:3:6 with contractor's own materials and spreading cement concrete mixture layer of 100 mm thick over the already laid cables in the excavated trench."
Fixing of modular termianal/fuse blocks alongwith all accessories with provision of 42 fixing holes on hylam sheets/side angles of Loc Box and fixing by galvanised nuts & bolts. This includes fixing on DIN channel alongwith PVC Comb type 'C' channel (size 2 inch x 2 inch) for cable termination of modular terminal. The PVC channel with cover to be supplied by firm as required. The work shall be done as per the instruction of Rly engineer at site.
Termination of cable cores on ARA terminal/Disconnecting link/fuse blocks, in the apparatus Cases/ cable termination rack. This includes all associated works of pulling out the cable from underground. The work shall be done as per location plans and instructions of Rly engineer at site.
"Transferring of signalling/Telecom cables from existing location box to New location box . The work include breaking/dismantling of existing foundation of locations, excavating and removing / segregating coils of this cables which may be of about 10 mtr in length. These cables are then to be disconnected and removed from the existing locations one by one as per the instructions and under the supervision of railway staff present at site. The cable is then to be inserted and 44 terminated in new location box. The item includes neatly dressing of cables marking wiring tree etc. The material required for dressing / lacing will be arranged by contractor at its own cost. The work is required to be done systematically and with due precaution during the night block of 2.00 - 2.30 hrs each or within the time that may be allowed. The excavation work to be done carefully without damaging the cables to avoid undue failures. (Termination charges will be given separately) Note: Proportionate payment will be made if cable is of other length. 2/6/12/19/24/30 core signalling cable/4 or 6 Quad/PIJF/Any signalling/Telecom Cable (One no. unit = One cable of 10 m length) "

Laying of 7 core PVC insulated cable through GI pipes and Neopren rubber pipe 58 between opto coupler box and six pin coupler of A1 type track magnets as per C.Rly. Drg.No. RST : 11545 (1/3). Termination of cable conductor on opto coupler card with the help of cripping lugs with proper dressing PVC numbering sleeve is to be provided.
Laying of flexible wires between main/ route / Auxilary signal units and opto coupler 59 box through signal post and reinforced PVC flexible conduit pipe and termination at both ends with appropriate size copper lugs as per C.Rly. Drg.No.RST:11545. Wires are to be laid only after proper lacing and dressing with lacing threads, PVC flexible pipe is to properly fixed with glands on signal post and opto coupler units.
Testing of Track Magnets by test jig and commissioning of complete AWS equipments as per standard practices on Central Railway and instruction of site incharge after installation at site. (Testing report is to be submitted before commissioning).
