Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 (10mm each) finishing coat using water proofing compound @ 3% by the weight of cement on brick/ stone surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Water proofing compound and will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of anti fungal paint (acrylic base exterior weather proof paint) over a coat of acrylic primercomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying Two coat of oil bound distemper over the alkali resistance priming paint primer over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling Mangalore pattern roofing tiles single layer including ridge tiles

Dismantling battens for tiles any size exceeding 15cm in spacing

Dismantling wodeen fillets in rafter purlins etc unframed work under 40sqcm in section

Dismantling of CGI/PGI sheet roofing any gauge and any thickness including ridge, valley gutter etc.

Dismantling boarding any description fixed in any position fixed with nails

S&F 0.60mm thick corrugated galvanised mild steel sheeting with zinc coating of 120 gram/sqm grade O with two corrugatioin side lap, with corrugation of grade B 12.5mm depth fixed with L type or J type or cranked hook bolts and washers in roofs, walls etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Tubular sections of size 50X25mm as in rafters fixed with self tapping screw of size not less than 75mm and 25X25mm thick for battens fixed on rafters over CGI sheet roof with necessary fittings and welding for supporting mangalore pattern roof tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Fe 410-W, Grade-E-250 quality A)

M&L Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry.

Ditto all as per above item here in before but except tile complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern roofing tiles bedded and jointed in CM 1:6 using class AA tiles

S&F for Pre- Painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated/plain steel sheet (Mangalore Pattern) 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering, cladding to wall, Pan Patti, Gutter,Ridge etc fixed with self tapping screws, including same pattern ridge complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L cement filleting in CM 1:3 in roof sectional area n.exc 25 sqcm

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old/new steel/wood surfaces of any description having execcding 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthatic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. (Rate inclusive of necessary scaffolding and cradles for hoisting and lowering etc required for execution of work)

Completely removing existing water proofing treatment of any descriptions and any type including top layer of plaster / china mosaic wherever occurs over roof and chhajja surfaces and scrubbing the surface with wire brush and cleaning wash down with water to receive new cement plaster / PCC layer and removing the waste material / debris to a distance exc. 1500m but n.exc. 2000m etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M/L for rendering 15mm thick in cm 1:4 on concrete roof and chajja surface to get a uniform level surface for laying of membrane treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for applying oil based bituminous primer @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm providing and laying 4mm thick. APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4kg/sqm re-inforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree centigrade longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/Sqm, tearing strength of 180N and with thermal insulation with the mineral / graved finish on upper side and laying with torches application and with 10 cm minimum lap in both direction length wise and width wise all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for making the grooves 25mm wide and 50mm deep to 'V' section in existing walls/columns over RCC roofs, cleaning out and tacked the polymeric membrane in to the grooves, inserting chajja of PPGI sheet and sealed solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand in the ratio of 1:1 by weight etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks disconnecting existing tank, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cheaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repainring, etc. measured separately) , exc 250& not exc 500 litrs tanks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of water tanks exc 500 & n exc 1000 ltr capacity and removing to store complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 1000 ltrs capacity hoisted and fixed in position including 25mm dia float ball brass valve and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames n exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) and removing to store.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) and removing to store.

Demolition of brick/block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars all as directed.

Dismantling of water tanks exc 500 & n exc 1000 ltr capacity and removing to store complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down 15mm dia bore GI steel tubing and connection including cleaning and making good dismantaled surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down 20mm dia bore GI steel tubing and connection including cleaning and making good dismantaled surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully unserviceable aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) including unserviceable light fittings, switch board complete, switch sockets, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc and removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully MCB DB SPN 8 ways double door with 240 Volt, 200 amps rated bus bar with all accessories flush in the wall including matching the existing surface all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully MCB SPN 40 to 63 AMP, 240 Volts 10KA 'C' curve , Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully MCB SP 5 To 32 AMP, single pole 240 Volts 10KA 'C' curve, Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down sub main wiring of any size from the ceiling, walls etc and incl making good to disturb surface of wall and match with the existing surface.

Taking down carefully Triple pole and neutral (8 Way) Double door, (VTPN) with suitable MCCB and bus bar all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully earthling complete with galvanized GI earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.00 mm, buried directly in ground including necessary pit with cover , including testing on complition.
