M&L for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 125x65mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). including dismantling existing wooden/iron/stone chowkhats complete and making good existing disturbed surface with cement and sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified. Supply and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90mmx45mm having single rebate of 32mmx15mm to receive shutter of 30mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame., complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel 30mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire-retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS:14856, including fixing to frames, complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions including all necessary fitting like aluminium tower bolts, sliding bolt, handle, door stopper including taking down old shutter of any size/location complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made 35mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters made of second class hard wood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in clause 8.24(a) of Section 8 in SSR Part-I, kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fixed to chowkat, including all necessary fitting like aluminium tower bolts, sliding bolt, handle, door stopper including taking down old shutter of any size/location complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 30mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both side including all necessary fitting like aluminium tower bolts, sliding bolt, handle, door stopper including taking down old shutter of any size/location complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, framed signed boards, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work including welding conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F aluminium work powder coated of any colour as approved (thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) as in frame for doors, windows, ventilators, wall partitions, including joining cleats, glazing clips, snap beading, screws for fixing, etc., all aluminium sections as per relevant IS, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Water proofing treatment to sunken slab and adjoining vertical surfaces as specified as under :- (a) Demolition of cement concrete in sunken portion. (b) Preparation of sunken surfaces by cleaning and removal of loose concrete (c) Filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or requivalent in Forsoc and other approved make. (d) Applying 2 coats of Dr fixit bath seal WPC in sunken areas and laying a protective plaster in 10mm thickness in cement mortar (1:3) admixed with Dr Fixit Pidicrete, LW+ @ 220 ML per bag of cement. (e) Applying mix of Dr Fixit Didicrete URP in the ration 1:1:5 on floor and vertical surface of sunken portion as per manufacturers instruction complete. (f) Filling with autoclaved aerate concrete (ACC) block materials made from flyash, sand, lime cement gupsum, water and expeanding agents exc 10cm in width and setting in block joiting 3mm layer adhesive complete all as specified and directed. Note : The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20mm thick laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 20mm thick in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with true & uniform joints including rubbing and mirror polishing including dismantling of old existing stone slab complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 18 to 20mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc. laid over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with true & uniform joints including rubbing and mirror polishing including dismantling of old existing stone slab complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) machine cut slab of approved shade (table rubbed and polished) with true & uniform joints as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms & like and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & including 15mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM 1:4 with cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm including dismantling of old existing stone slab complete all as specified & as directed. Note : The exposed edges of granite stone slab shall be made full round & polished to mirror finish and rate quoted shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for non skid joint free ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6, to receive floor and fixed with appropriate adhesive conforming to IS15477-2019 type 1 including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Double charged vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (Shade & pattern as approved by GE), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6, to receive floor and fixed with appropriate adhesive conforming to IS15477-2019 type 1 and using 5mm spacer filled with epoxy resin colour as approved by GE including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 300mm x 600mmx7-8mm on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., including 10mm thick rendering on brick wall in cement & sand mortar 1:4, fixed with appropriate adhesive conforming to IS 15477-2019 type 2 including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Double charged vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar 1:4 fixed with appropriate adhesive conforming to IS 15477-2019 type 2 including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured designer polished (reflecting type) interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and no pigment with coloured top casted in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top, laid over & including 50mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Shape & colour of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of old PCC in any description complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:20 in alternative bays not exceeding 2.5 meter in length. Joints of 6mm wide and 10mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen sealing compound of grade 'A'/ Bitumeous mastic filler/ sealant.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, terrazo etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
