(Note : The height of walls is up to 16 m, necessary cost of scaffolding shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.)

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling the Chowkats/frames complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for padding concrete / leveling course over slabs with Plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), duly mixed with water proofing liquid ,laid to achieve proper slope as per site conditions, surfaces finished fair including weathering, slightly rounded complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply only water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:5:10) type E2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sunken slab filling, mass concrete etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, precast reinforced cement concrete, (1:2:4) type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates, as in cover slab, chajjas, facia, parapets, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule

Material and labour for, Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, built in CM 1:6, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius etc., complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with grade ‘C’ solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width, having minimum compressive strength of 50 Kg / Sq cm as per IS 2185 (Part- I) 2005 and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, steel reinforcement using TMT bars of 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) and not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, Pressed steel door frame of size 105 x 60 mm using 1.25 mm thick sheet with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, including making good to jambs with cement mortar (1:4) and finished to match with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, 30 mm thick Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat molded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, 35 mm thick Factory made Second class hardwood Glazed, gauged and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to Chowkats all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 35 mm thick plain framed paneled factory made shutters (two panel) with II nd class hardwood rail and style with lock rail and panel of 12 mm BWP commercial ply with commercial veneer on both faces. The size of rail and style as per IS - 1003 Part - I , kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F external teak wood lipping, 6mm thick fixed with nails to particle board all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 18/19 mm thick, one side pre-laminated particle board, interior grade, with decorative choice lamination on other side, fixed with screws, including providing 6 mm thick teak wood edging etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing M-35 Grade, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, with grey cement and pigments , laid over and including 50 mm thick sand cushioning including dismantling of old interlocking paver blocks/ stone set slabs etc all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix powder Coated aluminium frames and shutters (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 microns) and fabricating of doors, windows, ventilators and fixed partitions with one or more rebates including necessary joining cleat, glazing clips, rubber packing, snap bending crews etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- i) For payment purpose weight of aluminium section shall be measured and paid, ii) Cost of aluminium mongery. lock, rubber packing, rollers for sliding shall be deemed to include in the quoted rate, iii) Sheet glass and wire gauge shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of a colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws including taking down of old sheet.

Supply,fabricate and fix Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for rendering 10 mm thick in Cement mortar 1:6, on brick work/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Note: (i) The quoted rate includes for cleaning the roof surface at the same location thrice during the contract period . (ii) Only the roof area cleaned will be measured, however all the rain water pipes in that roof shall be cleaned as described above and the square metre rate of roof area shall deem to cover the cleaning of all rain water pipes.

Preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes: i) Taps, valves in any shall be removed before taking down pipe, ii) Cutting chases for concealed piping shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Taking down unserviceable GI tubing, supply and fixing new 20 mm bore Galvanized Iron tubing, medium grade, with all fittings, such as Tee, elbows, sockets, unions, short pieces and application of bituminous paint in concealed portion, fixed to wall/ ceiling or laid on floors, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: i) Taps, valves in any shall be removed before taking down pipe, ii) Cutting chases for concealed piping shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.
