Manning & Operation by providing outsourcing services to Main receiving DWR Sub Stn, MAFI - 1 & 2 Pole Sub Station at Technical Area by employing one Electrician (Skilled) per Shift of 8 hrs for 3 Shifts, 24 Hrs per day, including Sundays & Holidays, comprising the following works :- (i) Monitoring/operatting including replacing blown out fuses, as and when required, of Two/Four pole structure with Air break switches and expulsion fuse units - 2 Nos. (ii) Monitoring/ operatting HT 11 KV VCB/RMU Panels, indoor type - 03 Nos. (iii) Monitoring checking and watering Earthing system. (iv) Monitoring/operating as and when required LT Panel Boards with LT ACB and MCCBs & APFC Panel - 11 Nos (v) Monitoring/operatting Transformers and Isolation transformers - 6 Nos including checking oil level, silica gel in breather and leakage as directed.

Manning & Operation by providing outsourcing services to Power Station - 2 ( MAFI ) at Tech area by employing one Electrician (Skilled) per Shift of 8 hrs for 3 Shifts, 24 Hrs per day, including Sundays & Holidays, comprising the following works :- (i) Monitoring/ operatting HT 11 KV VCB Panel , 630 Amps,250 MVA,66 KA consisting of two incomming, one bus copler, one bus riser and two outgoing. indoor type- 01 No. (ii) Monitoring checking and watering Earthing system. (iii) Monitoring/operating as and when required LT Panel Boards with LT ACBs and MCCBs & APFC Panel - 4 Nos (iv) Monitoring/operatting Transformer - 1 No and Isolation Transformer -01 No including checking oil level, silica gel in breather and leakage as directed (v) Monitoring/ operatting of DG set (vi) Maintaining Log Book for Installation.

Manning & Operation by providing outsourcing services of DG Sets at LCA Hangers by employing one FGM (Skilled) per shift of 8 hrs for 3 Shifts, 24 Hrs per day, including Sundays & Holidays, comprising the following works :- (i) Operating Diesel Gen Set 03 Nos 810 KVA during electric supply failure. (ii) Maintain DG Set synchorise panel always in working condition. (iii) Monitoring/ operating 03 No compact sub stn 630 KVA. (iv) Monitoring/operating as and when required LT Panel Boards with LT ACBs and MCCBs & APFC Panel - 6 Nos

Note for Item No. 2 to 22 : The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for the following provisions :- (a) No of shifts : Three shift per day

(b) Rates quoted by contractor shall be inclusive of GST as applicable, basic labour rate, Employer's contribution for EPF, Employer contribution for ESIC, Bonus, Overhead and profit of contractor and labour welfare cess etc.

(c) No of labours : One Govt ITI qualified having minimum 04 years experience in relevant trade i.e. skilled electricians for each shift. (Shift timing 6.00 Hrs to 14.00 Hrs, 14.00 Hrs to 22.00 Hrs and 22.00 hrs to 06.00 Hrs)

(d) No RAR shall be admitted for payment if wage and attendance register of Trades personnel engaged are not produced alongwith RAR/ FB.

(e) Wage paid by the contractor to the persons employed shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by State/ Central Government from time to time whichever is higher.

(f) The contractor shall be responsible for the EPF, ESI, bonus, Safety etc. and insurance of all trademen employed by him as per existing Labour Rules/ Acts/ Regulations.

(g) Manpower employed by the contractor will be detailed in high security area, it will be the sole responsibility of the contractor to arrange security pass immediately after commencement of work to avoid interruption in smooth functioning of the installation.

(h) Tech qualification and experience certificate of all employed operators shall be submitted by the contractor to Engineer-in-Charge within the 10 days of Acceptance of tender.

(j) In case of manpower employed at any installations/ plant found absent from duty a fine of Rs. 1000.00 per shift will be recovered the dues of the contractor and no amount will be paid for that shift.

(k) The firm/ Contractor shall be solely and fully responsible to his employed manpower for any accident/ damage during maintenance and operation period. The department will not entertain any claim compensation etc. on this account and shall have no liability in this regard.

(l) The operating staff shall be capable for attending minor defects/ rectification. Necessary tools should be provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

(m) Duty staff will ensure proper upkeep and operation of all installed machinery and other electrical fittings, fixtures and proper shift wise operating record of each plant in log sheets duly signed by shift duty operator and contractor.

(n) Duty staff will maintain the installation, machinery, control panels and the premises clean and tidy and will report break downs or any affects immediately to the Engineer-in-Charge/ concern JE.

(o) DHPP (Diesel) shall be issued by department however, by using DG Operators diesel should be collected from AFS (MT)/ MES (MT) section and transportation upto DG installation by the contractor without any extra cost.

(p) The operating staff should record the voltages and amperes, consumption of diesel and readings etc., in the daily log sheet.

(q) It may be noted that contractor shall be sole responsible for any mishappening occurs including accident/ injury due to deploying of inexperience unskilled persons.

(r) Operator must be skilled & must have knowledge of operation & maintenance of AC Plants, DG Sets, Panel etc.

(s) Consumable stores such as cotton waste, Grease including tools required shall be provided by the contractor.

(t) Operator must be skilled & must have knowledge of operation & maintenance of Electrical Sub Stns including VCBs, Transformers, Pump Sets, DG Sets, Panel etc.

(u) Consumable stores such as cotton waste, Grease including tools required shall be provided by the contractor

(v) Operator must ensure cleanliness of VCBs, Transformers, Pump Sets/DG Sets/Panels

(w) The rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of Life insurance for the tradesmen employed by him in case of untoward incident such as injuries, fracture or casualty while on duty.

(x) Carrying out minor repairs viz. replacing blown out fuses, recharging MCCBs, priming of pumps, repair to pipe lines as directed.

(y) Inform the JE/AGE E&M inchrge of any electric faults, water supply failure, Diesel requirement for Gen Sets and any other mishappenings.

(z) Any Major repair of Machineries, replacement of batteries and filing of Diesel for Gen Set will be carried out by the MES

(aa) Any other work, not specifically mentioned above, but ordered by the Engr-in-Charge for the smooth functioning of Sub Station, Pump House and supplying of Electricity/water.

Manning & Operation by providing outsourcing services to AC plants 15 TR capacity - 2 Nos at SEW and CRRW and 12 TR capacity- 2 No at OTF and AVRO Hanger Air cooled Package type make GEA and 2 x 8.5 TR at P-15 (clean room) bldg Make-Blue Star incl the Electrical control panel LT etc at CRRW Complex by engaging one Refg Mech (Skilled) per Shift of 8 hrs for 3 Shift, 24 Hrs per day, including Sundays & Holidays, including the following works :- (a) Operating Diesel Gen Set 20 KVA & 62.5 KVA during Electric Supply failiure (b) Maintaining Log Book for Gen Set & AC Plants. (c) Carrying out minor repairs viz. replacing blown out fuses, recharging MCCBs as directed.

Basic rate for (01) one independent Refg Mech operator in one shift.

Employer's contribution towards EPF for (01) one independent Refg Mech operator in one shift.

Manning & Operation by providing outsourcing services to AC plants 3 x 16.5 TR capacity Air cooled Package type make GEA incl the Electrical control panel LT etc at OPERA-I by engaging one Refg Mech (Skilled) per Shift of 8 hrs for 3 Shifts, 24 Hrs per day, including Sundays & Holidays , including the following works :- (a) Operating Diesel Gen Set 125 KVA during Electric Supply failiure (b) Maintaining Log Book for Gen Set & AC Plants. (c) Carrying out minor repairs viz. replacing blown out fuses, recharging MCCBs as directed. Note:-(i) OPERA-I-Operating of two Nos AC plants, Compressor Sets and related Condensers, AHUs shall be carried out simultaneously at one time with the third one as Stand by on a Rotation Basis each not exceeding 12 hours working at a stretch all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(x) Any other work, not specifically mentioned above, but ordered by the Engr-in-Charge for the smooth functioning of AC Plants and DG Sets.

Manning & Operation by providing outsourcing services to LCA Pump House and LCA Fire Fighting installation by employing one FGM (Skilled) labours per Shift of 8 hrs for 3 shift, 24 Hrs per day, including Sunday and Holiday comprising the following work :- (a) Operating Pump sets 8.2 HP-02 No (b) Pump Set 62 HP-1 No. (c) Diesel driven pump set 62 HP-1 No (d) Jockey pump set 4 HP-1 No (e) Operation of DG set 62.5 KVA as required (f) Maintaining Log Book for Gen Set and pump sets (g) Maintaining adequate level of water storage in semi UG sump, OH reservoir, operation of valve for filling and distribution as directed. (h) Operators has to make necessary laison with operators at Booster pump house/ Kalpa Vihar pump house for maintaining required vevel of water storage in reservoir (j) Operator is responsible to maintain required chlorine residual to source as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. A cholorine measuring kit shall be available at installation and the cost of same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (k) Maintaining record of timing for supply of water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(w) Inform the JE/AGE E&M incharge of any electric faults, water supply failure, Diesel requirement for Gen Sets and any other mishappenings.

(x) Any Major repair of Machineries, replacement of batteries and filling of Diesel for Gen Set will be carried out by the MES

(y) Any other work, not specifically mentioned above, but ordered by the Engr-in-Charge for the smooth functioning of Pump House and supplying of water complete all as specified and directed

(z) The unit rate is deemed to be included for jungle clearance / surface dressing around 5 mtr from plinth protection.

Maintenance and running of Tractor with Jungle jim for Grass / Vegetation cutting along the Runway sides all as directed by engaging FGM (Skilled) Jungle Jim operator in general shift from 0900 to 1700 Hrs, excluding Sundays & Holidays, including the following works :- (a) Operating Jungle Jim as directed (b) Maintaining Log Book for Jungle Jim. Note : - (i) Rate quoted shall be deemed to consider for 01 shift (General Shift) of 08 hours per day (ii) The Operator shall have a valid driving licence for operating the Tractor and Jungle jim. (iii) The Operator shall carry out routine day to day and periodical maintenance of plant and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operation all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) Diesel required for running the Tractor will be filled by the Department.

Note for item No 118 to 124 :- Rates quoted by contractor shall be inclusive of GST as applicable, basic labour rate, Employer's contribution for EPF, Employer contribution for ESIC, Bonus, Overhead and profit of contractor and labour welfare cess etc.

Taking down defective centrifugal pump set 40 HP by disconnecting the pump from motor after unscrewing nuts/ bolts of coupling, foundation, suction pipe delivery pipes and shifting of pump to workshop for repair/ servicing, comprising strip opening of pump, replacement of any defective parts, carrying out necessary lathe work, re-assembling and shifting from workshop to site, re-installation at location as directed by Engr-in-Charge, testing on full load capacity at least for 8 hrs, complete all as specified and as directed. (Supply of spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items here-in-after). Make of Pump : BATLIBOL Note :- (a) The spares shall be measured and paid seperately in the relevent items given below. (b) Cost of labour for replacement of spares and transportation are deemed to be incl in the quoted rate. (c) The pumpset shall be spared for one week for repair from the date of complaint given by AGE/ JE E/M regarding breakdown. The Contractor is responsible for making alternate arrangement of pump set in case of time required more than one week. (d) In case services affected due to delay in repair of pump set, a penalty of Rs 1000 per day will be levied from the contractor. (e) Please note that this penalty is exclusively other than the condition 56 of IAFW-2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract. (f) The decision of the Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding.

Excavation for taking out brocken CI/DI pipe line upto 200/150mm dia, cutting of CI/DI pipe line upto 200mm dia at two portion with the help of electrical driven pipe cutter and levelling the cutting face of pipe with the electric driven grinder and then CI/DI welding by electric welding machine, fixing detacheble joint, tail piece etc then concreteting by PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass condrete, after repair of same pipe line, returning filling of excavated materials including removal of surplus soil complete all as specified.

Note for item No 139 :- (a) The unit rate shall be include for taking down existing GI pipe and connections and all fittings as directed.

(c ) Wall thickness of pipes shall be all as per IS : 15801

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Factory assembled, Floor mounted, free standing, type tested LT Feeder Pillar Panels, with canopy, as per electrical specifications for outdoor installation, to be made of IP65 Polycarbonate modular enclosures. The Enclosures made of Polycarbonate, should be weather/ vermin proof, anti-acid, anti-corrosive, UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, Fire retardant and Self-extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695-2-11, UL subject 94 for flammability V-0, should pass glow wire test for 960° in accordance with 60695-2-11. (d) After testing if desired earth resistance of less than 5 Ohm is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to Govt till desired result is obtained.
