Dismantling the old and damaged rusted mechanical level indicator at site with the help of gas cutter and heavy manual labour.

Supply/Fabrication of level indicator with Float ball suitable for clear water with 5 mtrs( Approx.) . Providing the anchor with Numeric number plate upto 13 ft. Job includes providing the wire , operating roller wheels for balance between float & anchor. Material required includes MS angle 50X50X6 mm for frame, MS Flat 50 X 5 mm, MS Sheet etc. Work includes making the frame by cutting the MS angle, MS sheet of 1 feet wide and welding the same. Also giving back support with the help of MS flat by cutting, welding, etc.

Installation charges at different sites with required necessary civil work & hardware goods etc. as required. The Job includes labour charges, transportation charges, hiring charges of T&P items as per site requirement etc. The indication system ( Number Plate) is to be installed inside or Outside Pump house as per site requirement.

Fabrication and supply of MS UGR cover made out of MS Chequered sheet 4 mm thickness and MS angle 50x50x6 mm with centre support and top side cover duly welded with opening arrangement with heavy duty hinges, handles, etc as per the size of UGR opening.

Fixing the above frame with the help of fasteners, CC material and other material required to complete the job i/c T&P items and also fixing the air vent jail on the UGR openings. The job also includes the painting of complete MS frame with the help of red oxide primer and enamel black paint as per site requirement.
