"Supply & fixing of IP 66 architectural mounted LED Spot Light fixture operating on 230VAC Mains with Operating Voltage range between 100VAC to 240VAC. Power Supply should be intergral part of the luminaire and should have >80% Efficiency with Power Factor of 0.98. Max power consumption of 17.5W using RGB LEDs. Beam angle of 8 and 23 degrees. Die cast alumunium housing & clear glass cover housing with honeycomb louvers to cut the glare. Luminaire shall be with BIS certified. Lumem maintenance of 50% at 70000 burning hours at 50 deg C. Fixture should have constant locking hinges for simple position control from various angles without special tools. The light fixture connections should be via unified mains voltage & control data cable e.g. Line, Neutral, Earth & Data and should be programmable using 8 bit or 16 bit control with DMX512 protocol as per the lighting sequence required for desired theme creation. The lumen output of the product with native lens should be —498 Im and luminaire should have CE/CB & UL Certification. The luminaire manufacturer shall provide optical performance, polar diagram, and photometric data in various formats including IES file format in accordance with IFS LM-79-08. Fabrication, supply and fixing of stainless steel clamp with flange arrangement suitable for fixing colour burst LED fitting on Gingee pillar. The clamp should be of size 230 mm x 230mm (9”) with an additional bent projection with (3: - 5” round) flange on top suitable for the pillar design and having a thickness of 8mm supported by a GI pipe of suitable length in between. The rate includes the cost of material, welding charges, painting, bending, labour for fixing and accessories etc as required.
