Painting top of roofs with bitumen of approved quality at 17 kg. per 10 sqm impregnated with a coat of coarse sand at 60 cum per 10 sqm including cleaning the slab surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil complete: With residual type petroleum bitumen of penetration 80/100.
