Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto- but exceeding 1.50 metre and not exceeding 3 metre depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar in all quions etc complete all as directed.

Brick work using Sub class “B” bricks, straight or curved on plan not exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Serial item No. 4 here in before but using old serviceable bricks

Cement plaster 15 mm thickon fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement with or without using WPC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - Locations for use of WPC shall be given by Engineer Incharge and WPC Shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls etc., and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting (as primer) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone agg as in benching of manholes, coping , bed blocks plinth course bands, stops etc including necessary form works complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chage.

PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of manholes completed all as specified and directed.

Demolition by breaking up drain pipes salt glazed stone ware pipe any dia jointed in cement mortar and taking out of root trenches removing the debries from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced concrete pipes of 150mm dia, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars and jointed complete in cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Reinforced concrete pipes of 200 mmdia, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars and jointed complete in cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Reinforced concrete pipes of 300 mmdia, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars and jointed complete in cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipe of 150mm to 300 mm bore laid to fallsin tranch in any depth including packing under and haunching against the side of pipes with concrete after the pipe are laid and tested completed all as specified and directed. (In case of pipe line is laid in replacement of old pipe, old concrete bed shell be reused and only concrete in haunching, packing shall be measured & paid)

Demolition of Rainforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise described for (such as in bed, haunching & packing of sewer lines, benching of manholes, copings etc.) complete all as directed and removal of debris outside the premises.

RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crusted stone aggregate as in precast slabs for covers of manholes and set in CM 1:6 including necessary form work and placing of manholes cover in version complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

TMT bars 8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia (annealed) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : The payment shall be made only after placing of cover on manholes).

Returning and filling including spreading leveling , watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting internal dia pipe 150 mm in new drain, making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing beaching for chennel ( 1/2 or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 by repairing benching as required completed all as specified and diredcted by engr-in -charge.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete, all as specified

M&L sand filling under floor including watering and consolidation complete all as specified.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming ,to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thicknessM-35 Grade complete all as specified.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any descprition or thickness in floor aprons etc complete all as directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, mud stops,steps small sumps and like items slightly rounded or chamfered on the edges all as directed.

Preparation of old curve stone surfaces of any desctiption over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 12.5 mm graded aggregate) louvres and jallies 25 mm thick (measured solid ) in cluding all mouldings complete all as specified .

Raking out joints/ponting to brick work in wall or to bricks on edge in floors surface channels, roofs etc. complete all as specified

Providing Chequered grey cement concrete tile 20X20 cmX25 mm thickwith size of set jointed and pointed in neat cement 1:4 screed bed 15 mm thick slurry in floor and complete.

75mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm stone aggregate as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete or sub base under floors

Cement concrete 75mm thick 1:2:4 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors pavings etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position completed
