Material and labour for construction of 150mm thick granular sub-base Grading - II as sub-base 44 and drainage layer by providing coarse graded crushed stone aggregates of granite/trao/basalt material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the 98% proctor density, complete as per specifications clause 401 of MORTH V Revision complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for spreading and compacting 150mm thick (compacted thickness) laid in two layers 75mm each layer , crushed stone aggregates of granite/trap/basalt to wet mix macadam specifications including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibrator roller to achieve the desired density complete as per specifications. MORTH specification No. 406 complete all as specified and directed

Preparing un surfaced WMM layers by burshing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

Material and labour for applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion RS1 confirming to IS:8887 at a rate of application of 0.7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMM/WBM as specified in table 500-3of MORTH specification for Road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Providing and consolidating 50 mm thick premix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM Grading-II) using min 4.5% VG-30 grade binder by weight of total mix, aggregates gradation as per Grading 2 Table 500-10 of Morth specification for road and bridge works 2013, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying, rolling to achieve and desired compaction complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing black top surface by burshing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a tack coat of cationic bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) confirming to Is:8887 at the rate of application of 0.2-0.3 Kg/Sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of Morth specification for road and Bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Bituminous premix SDAC 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (Paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix as in semi dense asphaltic concrete , rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.
