Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layers on roof complete including removal of demolished material outside defence land of any lead to the place earmarked by the Civil Adm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness incl plastering and leeping (where full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete with and incl removal of demolished material outside def land of any lead to the place earmarked by the Civil Adm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description, Brick Koba of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of demolished material outside defence land of any lead to the place earmarked by the Civil Adm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) over roof slab to fill depressions of existing roof slab ,roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including cleaning / removing all dust from existing roof surfaces before placing concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 with and including liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement on green concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weigh 3.6 kg/sqm and min 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric laid over and incl priming surfaces with primer of same manufacturer @ 0.40 Litre/Sqm and laying APP membrane on primed surface using Butane torch application and sealing all joints and overlapping (each strip shall overlap the preceding one by at least 10 cm at the longitudional edges and 15 cms at the ends complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles, 250x250x22 mm thick, (as per IS 1237-1980) machine pressed set in neat cement slurry over and incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) including grounting of joints flush upto full depth of tile with epoxy material, etc complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Sika/FOSROC or equivalent) Note :- Tile shall be laid with 3 to 5mm wide Spacers and rate of the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Taking down cement plaster (ground + 5 storey buildings) from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of providing steel scafolding for ground + five storey bldgs shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick walls or concrete surface (ground + 5 store buildings) and finished even and fair without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of providing steel scafolding for ground + five storey bldgs shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for dubbing out average 10mm thick on irregular face of cement plaster walls complete all as specified and directed. Note. Specific locs with sketches shall be recorded by the Engineer-in-Charge duly initialed by the GE.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing 20mm bore, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors with and including taking down GI tubing with all fittings etc complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs 500 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polye-thylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I etc complete all as directed.

All as per item No 13 here-in-before but of 1000 ltrs capacity

Dismantling of Cast iron drain pipe jointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes 150mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends for 150mm bore of pipe.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Stairs (framed) including stringers, treades, landing, balusters, hand rails etc. including cleats, brackets, etc. complete using Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of old wall surfaces, chajja soffits and roof facia (upto ground + Five storey bldg) with mechanicle means(elecrtric scrubbing machine), wire brushing, fanning and making the surfaces ready to receive finishing paint complete all as specified and direcsted. Note : Cost of providing steel scafolding for ground + five storey bldgs shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for two coats of external weather proof paint over external surfaces of walls (ground + 5 storey building) using mechanical compressor/ painting sprayer over and including a coat of exterior wall primer and 1.5 to 2mm thick exterior grade wall care putty for smooth and even surface for Ground + Five storey bldg complete all as specified and directed. (Make, color and shades of paint shall be as approved by the GE) Note : Cost of providing steel scafolding for ground + five storey bldgs and mechnical sprayer/compressor shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Hacking out old broken glass of any thickness, size quality or description from wooden/metal frames glazed with putty or fixed with bead/clips complete all as directed.

S&F 4mm thick plain glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.50sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old steel/wooden surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chipping, removing carefullly concrete work by low impact hammer and diamond cutter,breakar (ground + 5 storey bldgs) without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debries out side the premises etc. complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Hard concrete should not be removed by force. Note : Cost of providing steel scafolding for ground + five storey bldgs shall deemed to be included in quoted rates..

M&L tefflon nozzles for grounting, in RCC members (ground+ 5 storey bldgs), including drilling holes through Rohibb Injector of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 500mm center to center in staggered manner and in RCC structural element or as directed by Engr-in-charge. Work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. M&L for Injecting of site cement slurry grout (for repair to slab lintel, RCC Chajjas, RCC wall) ( ground + 5 storey bldgs), in the ratio 1:2 (1- Cement, 2-water) including super plasticizer (Supercom-100) 250 ml/50 Kgs or equivalent. Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating filling of grout in the holes drilled etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : FOSROC/SIKA/KRISHNA CONCHEM or equivalent as approved by GE. Note : Cost of providing steel scafolding for ground + five storey bldgs shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for Injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5cps) or equivalent makes, high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun (Rohibb Injector) with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout or it flows from the adjacent nozzle and removing the nipples and sealing it with non shrink epoxy putty of approved make including, mixing of materials components (part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching.Grouting maintain the pressure at exit (0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit.Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements (ground + 5 storey bldgs) @ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles For RCC beams and Columns (ground + 5 stroy bldgs) complete all as specified and directed. Make : FOSROC/SIKA/KRISHNA CONCHEM or equivalent as approved by GE. Note : Cost of providing steel scafolding for ground + five storey bldgs shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for Clean existing reinforcement (ground+ 5 storey bldgs) with wire/rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc, complete, applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT or equivalent makes confirming to ASTM-B-117 and ASM-G-60-86, on the exposed existing rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 6 hour between the coats. The rust converter shall have a minimum pH of 7.5 and applying protective coating IPNET-RB or equivalent makes complete all as specified and directed. Make : FOSROC/SIKA/KRISHNA CONCHEM or equivalent as approved by GE. Note : Cost of providing steel scafolding for ground + five storey bldgs shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for cutting, bending and fixing in position for replacement of steel reinforcement (ground + 5 storey bldgs) with TMT bars of appropriate size and shape in the form of main rebar, stirrups and rings, distribution rebar and tying them to shear connectors using GI biniding wire where 20% of cross section of reinforcement is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of providing steel scafolding for ground + five storey bldgs shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for Carry out application of Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100/Protectsil CIT/Ferogard 903 on concrete surface (ground + five storey bldgs) in order to arrest further corrosion of reinforcement bar by brush/mechnical spray with dlosage as per manufacture instructions conforming to ASTM-G-109. (This inhibitor shall have migratory kind of properly which permits the material to migrate to a vertual extent of 100 mm, through pores of concrete , inhibiting the corrosion and de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction. It should have properly to attack anode as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5), so it has no carcinogen activity with concrete complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Building up the profile of structural members (ground + five storey bldgs) by using polymer latex additives (MONOBOND or equivalent makes) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 = 1 monobond-5Cement-15 sand) -in damaged areas in 30mm thickness including leveling profliling etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : FOSROC/SIKA/KRISHNA CONCHEM or equivalent as approved by GE. Note: (i) All including providing steel scafolding for ground + five storey bldg shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) structural treatment items ie Srl Item Nos 26 to 33 here-in-before to be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturor as approved by GE.
