Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire)
Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles conforming to IS 15622 of following sizes in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand),10 thick with Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)
Flooring with ceramic tiles of following size and variety conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)
Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. The rate is inclusive of the charges for cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, conveyance, electrical charges, etc.
Painting Old Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of ready mixed (Plastic Emulsion Paint) of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmentalofficers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
Clean surface thoroughly with water and remove any loose, flacks, fungus growth etc, by suitable mechanical means like scrapping or wire brushing and wash with adequate water to get an absolutely cleaned surface to take on further treatment. Gal-tech Multi Proof Modified Acrylic polymer with cement and fine sand mix ratio 1:2:4 to full the grooves and surface cracks over that apply Gal - Tech Multi proof modified acrylic polymer with filler mix ratio 1:2 two coat over night setting. This will seal all the pores and invisible cracks on the excising cementations layer thus making it an intact strengthened roof, Over that apply INSULTEC Sunlight reflective insulation cum waterproofing polymer membrane 2 coats with water mix ratio 5:1.
Rectification of beams, columns and slabs by dismantling and chipping the distressed portico clearing of reinforcement with wire brush and by sand blasting, clearing and water washing applying corrosion inhibitor coating at the Rate of 1.20kgm2 over the affected surface as per the specification given by the manufacturing guniting with CM 1:3 (one cement and three sand) to an average thickness of 40mm under pressure and finished neatly including hire charges for all tools & plants labour, fuel charges including all leads for portable water including curing 7 days and all other incidental charges etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
