Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and ditected.

Material and Labour for pre-cast cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in Kerb stone, etc. set in cement mortar (1:4) and finished cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 100mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, finishing cement concrete surface even and fair including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed .

Material and Labour for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in cover slabs , shelves, water trough, etc. set in cement mortar (1:4) and finished cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidation formation surfaces in cutting to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 ton power road roller, complete all as specified and directed .

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering on brick work, concrete surfaces of any description in cement mortar 1:4 , finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for soling (or sub base), 200mm thick spread thickness with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber required by using power roller 8 to 12 Tonne capacity, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam in two layers of 75mm each thickness with course aggregate as ligranite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or 3 (50 to 20mm size), blinded with stone screening type 'A', spread, watered, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required by using power roller 8 to 12 Tonne capacity, complete all as specified and directed .

Preparing unsurfaced Water bound Macadam / WMM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly priming /tack coat with paving bitumen (Grade VG-10) at the rate of 10 Kgs /10 Sqm on prepared surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of black top bituminous macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a bituminous tack coat of GRADE VG-10 @ of 3 Kg per 10 sqm , complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for premixed bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less ) laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of grade VG-30, using mechanical paver and rolled with 8-12 tonne capacity power road roller rolled to uniform smooth surface ,complete all as specified and as directed. Note- (i) Bituminous macadam shall prepared in central computerised hot mix plant. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Design mix shall be got done by the contractor at his own expenses from laboratory as decided and approved by GE.

Material and labour for laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm (consolidated thickness) using with 5.5% of binder (grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using mechanical paver and rolled with 8-12 tonne capacity power road roller rolled to uniform smooth surface ,complete all as specified and as directed. Note- (i) Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall prepared in central computerised hot mix plant. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Design mix shall be got done by the contractor at his own expenses from laboratory as decided and approved by GE.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to floor, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous fillers and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' in concrete slab 100mm thick and over, complete all as specified and directed .
