Disconnecting electrically and mechanically indoor/outdoor transformers indoor/ourdoor upto 2500 KVA capacity, carefully for major/minor repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for draining out complete transformers oil from the transformers upto 800 KVA capacity at site which found major repair and storing the oil in suitable container (container to be provided by the contractor to keep aside for re -use (after repair) and lifting of core assembly by opening of top cover and other items for checking of faults/repair and lowering and refixing the same in its original position after inspection to make it ready for transportation to carry out rewinding work in workshop including transportation to workshop ( rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation , T&P and man power ) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Winding shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply and winding rectungular copper conductor of size and thickness as per the OEM specification to obtain the rated impedance values and KVA rating as specified by the OEM for various transformer capacities step down 33/11 KV & 11/0.433 KV for making HV/LV coils including the class 'A' insulation paper, IEC standard, high density laminated board confirming IEC 60763 of required thickness quality all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and removing of the unserviceable silica gel breather supply and fixing new silica gel breather with silica gel for following capacities of transformers as per existing model and size all as directed.

Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil in transformers/OCB of indoor/outdoor/ isolation type at different location with centrifusing machine electrically operated and achieve die electric strength 60 KV including carrying out oil testing before and after the dehydration process for each transformer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Transformer oil for topping up will be mesured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule.

Supply and topping up of new transformer oil as per IS :335, die electric strength not less than 60 KV with the help of Filtration including draining out old oil plant complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Power Oil/Electrol

Supply and fixing LV bushes with nuts, check nuts etc complete for transformers up to 500 KVA, 11/0.433 KV and removing burnt out/unserviceable item complete all as specified directed. Disconnecting the transformer of any capacity and any make, out door/indoor type from platform / two pole structure by opening HT/LT side connection, earth connections etc and shifting it to another location by crane and putting it in proper position including connecting all collections on HT/LT side and earthing strip to neutral and body and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- This work shall be carried out as and when required during break downs.

Opening top cover of transformer decanning of complete transformer oil and keeping it in cleaning and dry container taking out complete core with windings and segregating of HT/LT leg coils, dismantling and reassembling of core after thorough cleaning including assembling and jointing connection HT/LT coil in core complete with all insulating material making new star delta connection proper alignment including keeping owen chamber of 100 degree C. temperature to remove the moisture fixing of upper yoke lamination checking tightening of nuts, bolts etc and making good any deficient item testing and putting inside transformer tank after duly cleaning with suitable cleaning media filling of transformer oil closing the top cover properly and testing for capacity up to 400 KVA, 11/0.433 KV complete all as specified and directed.
