SPECIAL REPAIRS TO BLDG NO T- 854/1 AND 12X OR MD ACCN (BLDG NO P-417) AT KARAM SINGH ENCLAVE AGAINST (JOB NO.81 SA/BTD/SR (BLDG)-24/2025-26 AND JOB NO.81 SA/BTD/SR (BLDG)-31/2025-26 UNDER GE SOUTH AT BATHINDA MIL STN

Water proofing treatment on old rcc roof slab (i)Cleaning of surface of loose dust,and dirt and cement slurry etc. by means of wire brush, dust removing brush and scrapper etc. Pot holes/cracks shall be repaired with cement admixed with polymer as per manufactures instruction. (ii) The surface shall be treated with seal and dry SBR Stryrene Butadiene Copolymer latex with multipurpose application, bonding agent, as waterproofing coating etc. with multipurpose to seal the pores and enhance the adhesive of the coating (iii) Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) over roof surface after application of primer coat as per Sr No (ii) (iv) Applying a self primer coat of Ultra Tech Weather Pro Top Shield (12 years Warranty) mixing 30% of water over plastered surface and followed by three Undiluted coats. (v) Allow the prime coat of Top Shield to dry for 4-6 hrs and apply the undiluted coat in a grid size of 1 sq.m at the rate of 0.4-0.5L per sq.m per coat using a brush or roller in uni-direction (vi) Allow the base coat of Top Shield to dry for 4-6 hrs and apply and undiluted mid coat and the top coat in perpendicular direction to the previous coat at the sasme rate of coverage as the base coat. Allow 4-6 hrs of drying time between subsquent coats. (vii) The above grid method application will ensure achieving of 900-1000 microns Dry Film Thickness (viii) Allow the coating to air cure for a minimum of 7 days. Note - Cost of applicator and its gaurantee is included in the coated rates

Dismantling/ taking down APP membrane or any kind of roof treatment up to the RCC slab including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part there of disposal off rubbish upto a distance not exceeding 500.00 mtr where directed) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material and Labour PCC padding in 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in roof slab finishing the surface even and fair and maintain roof slope during the execution of work including Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Liquid Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separetly as supply only under appropriate item of Schedule 'A' BoQ.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each each as doors, windows and ventilators and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing Factory made single extruded WPC ( Wood Polymer Composite ) Solid Decorative type flush door shutter of 30 mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade ), Calcium Carbonate and nautral fibers ( Wood Powder / Rice husk / Wheat husk ) and non toxic additives (maximum toxcity index of 12 for 100 gms ) having minimum density of 650 kg /cum and screw withdrawl strength of 1800 N (face ) & 900 N (Edge) minimum Compressive strength of 50 N /sqmm modulus of elasticity 850N/Sqmm and resisitence to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite / borer proof , water moisture proof and fire retardant.WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel but hinges of required size with necessary fukk body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screws, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including Supply & Fixing of following items: (a) Stainlss steel (304grade) finished butt hinges 100mm-04 Nos per leaf (Table 6 of BIS 12817-2020) BIS Marked. (b) Stainlss steel (304grade) finished Tower bolt 200mm long-02 Nos per leaf as per table 1, dia of bolt 12mm as per BIS 15833. (c) Stainlss steel (304grade) finished Sliding Bolt 300mm -01 Nos per leaf, 16mm dia as per BIS marked clause 3(iii) of BIS 15834-2020. (e) Stainlss steel (304grade) finished Floor Door Stopper -01 Nos per Leaf.

Supply & Fixing Factory made single extruded WPC ( Wood Polymer Composite ) Solid Door Frame / Chowkhat of Size 45mm x 70 mm comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade ), Calcium Carbonate and nautral fibers ( Wood Powder / Rice husk / Wheat husk ) and non toxic additives (maximum toxcity index of 12 for 100 gms ) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC Solvant cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg /cum and screw withdrawl strength of 2200 N (face ) & 1100 N (Edge) minimum Compressive strength of 58 N /sqmm modulus of elasticity 900 N/Sqmm and resisitence to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite / borer proof , water moisture proof and fire retaident and fixed in position with and including MS hold Fast lugs / SS Dash Fastner of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(M.S. Hold fast/Lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door /window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Windowprofile with hollow section with mititi chamber, frame (60mm x 58mm), sash (60mm x 78mm). T profile (Onevertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm). Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be miteredcut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling ol holes for fixing hardware and drainage ofwater etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. Supply & fixing 4.8mm thick tinted glass fixed to doors and windows as per site requirement or as per directed by Engr-In-Charge.
