Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. loaded bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Granite (of any type) tiles18 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone flooring 550 x 550x 20 to 25mm thk laid over cement screed bed jointed & pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade including rubbing &mirror polishing including over a screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thk in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

_Ditto above but on verticle surfaces such as skirting /dado etc including over a screed bed or bedding layer of 10mm thk in CM 1:3 for laying tiles complete all as specified.

M&L sand stone slabs 5 cm thk in sunshades, chajjas, shelves, cills landings, cover stones, templates etc complete all as specified.

_Ditto_ above but granite tile 600 x 300 x 12mm including screed bed in CM 1:6 of 15mm thick complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provilded complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1: 2 :4 mixed type B1 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate 100 mm thick as in floor toping , finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc and removng debris outside MD land complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches nexc 1.5m wide and nexc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in including, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm complete all as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) beyond 50m outside MD land complete all as speciifed and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (uisng 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 50 mm thick type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) laid in alternative as in plinth protection including finished the surface even & fair without using extra cement& filling the joints with mastic filling i.e one part of bitumen 85/25&3 parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) & removing rubbish out side MD land all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors & finished the surface even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing & finished the surface even & fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC interlocking tiles 60 mm thick of grade M-35 conforming to IS-15658: 2006 with grey cement and no pigment and top layer (6 to 10 mm thick) shall contain hardner (ironite) laid on pavings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for even spreading of 25mm thick layer of sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding,(but not backing),removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 10mm area of each tile exc 0.18sqm but not exc 0.38sqm including of size 600 x 600mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as directed

Ditto above but as in skirting, steps etc in vertical surfaces with 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 as in backing coat all as specified.

M&L for jodhpur pre mirror polished stone cladding 16 to 18 mm over and including 15mm thick screed bed coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Note: Size,type of sample as per approved by GE)

S & F circuler, square or any shape of dome designed with jodhpur stone size of dome 3 to 4 feet dia dome should be on 4 to 8 designed columns and base fixed on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Note: Size and design as per approved by GE)

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall or concrete wall or Ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:6 & finished the surface even & fair without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceilings in cement plaster 1:3 & finished the surface even & fair without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including preparatory to distempering on surfaces of walls complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/ springs clips and providing and fixing new ones complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 3.0 mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares n.exc 0.5 Sq. M in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanized mild steel wire cloth, 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned stacks, or galvanized wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store (exc 250 and not exc 500 ltr capacity) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 35mm thick precast cement concrete louvers and jallies type C-0 (1:3:6) using 12.50mm graded aggregate (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in cement mortar 1:4 all as directed.

M& L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 1 using 20mm graded stone agregate cast in situ kerb stone, copings, bed plates, water through and the like including wethering ,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straight or curved ) set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Enginneer in charge

S&F glavanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia wks barced with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spalling and straining to any type of standard rails, training bolts incl securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, stapes or steel pins etc fixed in repairs

Dismantling (AC corrugated , semi corrugated etc ) AC sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F Pre painted Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet/ semi corrugated 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not othervise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S &F Rolled nild steel framed work as in door or gates of angle or other section confirming to Fe - 410-S with gusset plates, rail braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering and hanging and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Joist, channel,angel or tee sections, fixed independently , without connecting plates etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer primer complete all as specified and directed.
