MOUNTING, FITTING & ERECTION OF WORK AS PER RESPO NORM. (Part-B)

Erection of 11m long STP double pole with grouting, plinthing & Painting of sub station type with mounting of accessories like 11 kv fuse set, TPMO, top channel, grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr.with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plingth in ratio 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plingth should be done properly (All required material for grouting will be arranged by the contractor per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)

Erection & commissioning of T/F 250 KVA on D.P. along with HT/LT connections. Complete in all respect, (All required material will be arranged by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)

Earthing of transformer body and neutral separately by lowering of GI pipe of size 1.50” dia 40’ deep/chemical pipe earthing, connecting with GI Strip of size 50x6 mm with clamp.(All material will be arranged by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)

Erection of L.T. cubical Box complete on D/P, with the help of channel, clamp & nut bolt including fixing of Helney type fuse 500 AMP,Helney type fuse 300 AMP,copper strip,cotact,cable holding clamp etc. (All material will be arranged by the contractor including L.T.Cubical box as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)

Hanging of L.T. cable of size 1 x 400 sq.mm. for connection. The cable will come from T/F to L.T.Cubical box. Crimping Alu. lugs the both ends. (All required material will be arranged by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)

Hanging/Laying of L.T. cable of size 3 ½ x400 sq.mm. for connection. The cable will come from L.T.Cubical box to L.T. Section Pole. Crimping the both ends . (All required material will be arranged by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)

Fixing & grouting of stay rod with cement, sand and bricks ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and fasteniong the stay wire with pole and stay rod nozzling.(Grouting material will be arranged by the contractor)

Earthing of support complete with the help of M.S. rod 16 mm dia and 2.5 mtr. long, fastening of GI Strip of size 50x6 mm with clamp. with clamps/X-arm/support to M.S. earth rod. (All material will be arranged by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)

Eerection, grouting, plinthing & painting of 11 mtr single support for Hanging 11 KV XLPE Cable line with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories, grouting ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr.with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plingth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plingth should be done properly (Grouting , plinthing and all required Local material will be arranged by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)

Errection&Commissioning of 11 KV,3X120 sq.mm XLPE Cable with hanging arrangement (with the help of stay wire). all required Local materials arranged by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule.

Disconnection and Reconnection of LT services line of following category of leagal consumers services cable after commissioning of ABC line

Outdoor/indoor jointing kit

Erection, grouting, plinthing, paintimg & earthing of 11 mtr long single pole with 1 no 'v' cross arm including fixing of necessary clamps, other accessories like guarding angle ,disc insulator with fitting, pin insulator, L.T arm, shackle insulator etc. for construction of single circuit 11 KV & double circuit LT line, grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr.with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plingth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plingth should be done properly (Grouting & plinthing material will be arranged by the contractor)

Erection, grouting, plinthing, painting & earthing of 11 mtr long double/section pole including fixing of necessary clamps, other accessories like channel, disc insulator with fitting, pin insulator L.T arm, shackle insulator etc. grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr.with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plingth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plingth should be done properly (Grouting & plinthing material will be arranged by the contractor)

Spreading and stringing of 3 Phase 3 wire continuous conductor for 11 KV line including binding of insulator complete in all respect. The work includes jumpering/connecting of conductor at sectional pole (All required material will be arranged by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)

a) ACSR Dog conductor

Spreading and stringing of 2 NO G.I. wire NO6 SWG for guarding of 11 KV line and knitting with G.I. wire for making guard at an interval of 5 Meters. The lacing nearest to the support will be about 1.5 Mtr.(All required material will be arranged by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)

Erection, grouting, plinthing & earthing of single support pole 8.5 mtr long PCC for LT line/ABC, including fixing of necessary clamps grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr.with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plingth in ratio 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plingth should be done properly (Grouting & plinthing material will be arranged by the contractor)

Errection&Commissioning of (3x120+1x195+1x16)/ (3x95+1x70+1x16) sq.mm ABC.with 1 no. weasel conductor for neutral ,Distribution box, necessary clamps, I-Hook, dead end clamp, suspension clamp,pierising connecter 1x35 sq.mm. & 1x16 sq.mm. PVC cable as per RESSPO norms will be arranged by the contractor .

Errection & Commissioning of 3 phase LT distribution boxes/kiosk on the LT poles including all clamps & materials required, connections & sealing its connection in between Distribution Box & ABC 1x35 sq. mm LT PVC cable and 1x16 sqmm LT PVC cable with required materials arranged by the contractor.

Spreading and stringing of 1 stay wire continuous for Hanging of 11 KV cable including binding of insulator,clamp etc complete in all respect. (All required material will be arranged by the contractor except ACSR Dog conductor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule)

Fixing of ON/OFF switch for street light connections including all material

Disconnection and Reconnection of LT services line of following category of leagal consumers services cable after commissioning of ABC line

Three Phase consumers

Disconnection and Reconnection of street line on ABC line through ON/OFF switch as per specification.
