a) Concrete sleeper manufacturers shall be a approved current vendor of Indian Railways and obtain specific prior permission from Chief Engineer of respective Zonal Railways for supply to KRCL. b) Concrete sleeper manufacturers shall enclose the documentary evidence such as purchase order copy and delivery challan / receipt note etc. to show that sleepers appearing in this tender have been supplied to Railway in the last 3 years as a proof of supply. c) Firm should give specific under taking in the absence of performance report that they have adequate facilities to supply all the sleepers appearing in the tenders.

Inspection :-Agency nominated by the concern Zonal Railways nominated agency before despatch from works. As per Railway Board Letter no. 79/WTM/22/11/4 VOL-II dt 30/09/1992 inspection charges will have to be paid to concerned zonal Railways by concrete sleeper manufacturers. The inspection charges therefore should be borne by the manufacturers while quoting ex-factory price.
As per General instructions page no. 36, the bidder is required to submit a duly signed integrity pact document along with the tender. The format is enclosed in documents.
F i r m s h o u l d e n c l o s e MSME/NSIC certificate i f a n y w i t h category like SC/ST/NT general etc.to avail the MSME/NSIC benefit. Firm should also enclose RTGS details with cancelled cheque, pan card zerox and 8 digit HSN code of each item.
Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
