Special repair of Building in BBN Degree College at Chakmoh District Hamirpur

Providing and fixing pre-painted sheet ceiling with 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetres) thick sheet in pannels of structure steel, channels, Tees, angles in base frame of ceiling with steel screws and flat beading 40 x2 mm (forty into two millimetres) complete with all accessories as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge( Frame work to be measured and paid separately) including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.(The material shall be provided by the Trust. Only Labour rate shall be paid to contractor)

Providing andfixing 0.60 (zero point six zero milimetres)thick pre-painted steel of Tata/Jindal or equilavent quality in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP)organic coating of 20 ( twenty) micronover 5 (five) microns primercoating to black coat of polyster of 5 (five) mironover 5(five) microns primer coating including fixing with per-painted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm(six milimetres) diametres with pre-painted limpet and rubber washer complete with all accessories as required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 CM (sixty centimeters) over all with 0.60 MM (Zero point six zero millimeters) thick pre-painted steel sheet of Tata/ Jindal or equivalent quality in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with pre-painted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6MM(six millimeters) diameters with pre-painted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and entire carriage of material up to all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete In trusses and trussed purlins in building including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Dismantling prepainted sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc.and stacking the materials with in all leads as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
