| 1.01NOTES FOR SER. ITEM NO. 1.00 ABOVE : (a) The OEM of the transformers should have in house LAB Certificate for Accreditation from National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration laboratories. (b) Manufacturer /OEM must have type test / short circuit reports for each & every rating from CPRI / ERDA (matching all the major parameters including the Loss Figure) shall not be older than 5 years. (c) CPRI Short circuit test report for exactly similar transformer (matching all major electrical parameters including Loss Figure) shall not be older than 5 years to be furnished). (d) OEM should be BIS and BEE certified for all the ratings of the transformer that are to be submitted. (e) Rate quoted includes the cost of making and Testing of control wiring connection at the Transformer and RMU/VCB for the Temperature alarm/Trip, Gas alarm/Trip. The Control cable shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (f) The above job include the removal of electric connection from Old transformer and shifting it to MES Store yard within up to 2.5 Km all as directed by Engr-in-charge. | 1.02NOTES FOR SER. ITEM NO. 1.00 TO 4.00 ABOVE CONTD.... (j) The contractor shall submit a letter of acceptance from the transformer manufacturer along with a sample, seeking approval. The manufacturer must clearly confirm in the letter that their company agrees to provide all requisite details and documentationand certification requirements as mentioned in the succeeding paragraphs. (k) Expenses/cost of FAT and necessary travel/freight/conveyance/stay expense for inspecting/testing officers as nominated by accepting officer for FAT shall be included in the rate quoted. (l) The existing transformer currently supplies power to vital installations as directed by EIC. Therefore, uninterrupted power supply must be ensured during the transition phase. Until the new transformer is fully installed and commissioned, the existing transformer must be temporarily shifted to a nearby suitable location to continue providing power. Man and material required for this temporary arrangement is deemed to be included in the abve work. Man and material for adequate temporary fencing is to be provided around the temporarily relocated transformer to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access. (m) The contractor or his authorized representative shall submit the complete documentation and certificates to the Factory Acceptance Testing officer detailed by the department. The details shall include but not be limited to : (i) Rating of Tapping parameters/steps of the transformer. (ii) Maximum permissible temperature rise in the Core and Oil of transformer. (iii) Manufacturer details of the material used in core/winding conforming to CRGO specifications, including, Grade of CRGO, name of the manufacturer along with supporting documents such as invoice copy, mill test certificate, customs certificate, and any other relevant proof. (iv) Test report of the Flux density of the core. (v) Test report of the Overflux withstand capacity, including duration (in minutes) the transformer can sustain for in overflux conditions. (vi) Test report for Noise level of the transformer, as per standard norms. (vii) No-load current consumptionPercentage of the transformer. (viii) Burr level certificate indicating maximum burr level value in the transformer. (ix) Certification of purity of copper used in transformer winding. The panel must allow safe operation, maintenance, and meet all clearance and ventilation requirements as per relevant standards. This confirmation must be submitted before sample approval. (c) Panel to include power pack with battery back up having input 230 V AC and Out put 24 V DCwith indication of charge on/switch off/overload/output on /battery operation etc- 01 Nos in each panel. (d) All cable entry points shall be sealed after installation to prevent entry of rats or other creatures and to ensure safety. (e) All required auxiliary contacts (NO/NC), MCBs (SP/SPN/TPN of any rating and quantity), and accessories necessary for the satisfactory and functional operation of the system shall be included in the scope of work. (f) Routine maintenance of the VCB shall be the responsibility of the contractor through the OEM for a minimum period of 2 years from the date of commissioning. (g) Each panel consist of 230 V AC spring Charging Motor , 24 V DC Closing Coil , 24 V DC Shunt Trip Coil, lamp Indicator for Breakers on/off, trip, spring charge/discharge/ health check etc On/Off Push Buttons (h) All internal wiring and connections of panel components such as CTs, PTs, relays, meter set etc shall be deemed to be included in the above work.

Item No. 7.00 above Contd- (j) The rating given in of CT ratio, PT ratio DC Voltage of charging motor, power pack and control supply are indicative and may be revised by the Engineer-in-Charge during final make approval based on system requirements (k) The design and layout must be approved by Garrison Engineer before placing of order. (l) Expenses/cost of FAT and necessary travel/freight/conveyance/stay expense for inspecting/testing officers as nominated by accepting officer for FAT shall be included in the above quoted rate.
Taking down Old unserviceable panel any type and shape/size and supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new Outdoor type LT panel board cubical , CPRI approved and canopy type with double door, floor mounted CPRI approved with MS angle iron base frame made out of 40x40x6mm angle, with angle iron Stand made out of 50x50x6 mm thick having 4 Nos legs of 2 feet height of size as required at site, grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates for fixing panel board with and including necessary fixing arrangements, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof, front opening with locking arrangement, suitable for AC 415V, 3 phase, 50 Hz system, Red, Yellow, Blue and Black coloured insulated copper bus bar of suitable size to carry 1200 amps four Nos vertical/Horizontal mounted of suitable length and internal wiring with of suitable size copper wiring duly painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of any tint and marking wiring circuits, complete all as specified and as directed duly comprising of the following :-
Supply, installation commisionning and testing of chemical earthing with GI electrode 3 m long consist of GI pipe outer dia 76 mm and GI pipe inner dia 32 mm . Inner space should be compacted with dry chemical compound for enhancing conductivity all including boring, installation, transportation, earth work and sufficient quantity of ground enhancing backfill compound testing of soil condition, PVC pit cover and GI strip 32x6mm upto 7.5 m long etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge
Supply and fixing GI strip 32x6 mm for extention of earth and connected to equipment or panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for laying cable etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.
Removal of excavated material/surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and laying 150 mm outer dia, double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe conforming to IS- 14930 Pt-II with antirodent and non flame propogating properties of approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and lay pipe galvanized, “Light grade”, including fittings 100 mm dia for cable protection with clamps nut bolts to fixby clamp/ nuts - bolts etc. against existing MS channel of HT structure all as specified and as directed.
