Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per srl item No 1 above but exc 1.5 m in depth and not exc 3.00 mtr deep complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thickcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the ground level/starting point compalete all as specified and directed.

Sub Class 'B' brick covering protection to the eletric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note : Excavatgion earth work protection pipe brick protection and sand cushioning etc shall be measured and paid for separately.

Relaying only LT cable or passing through pipe 1100 volts grade heavey duty cable with PVC insulated multistand alumn conductor of size 6 to 185 Sqmm 2/3.5 core,armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of vegetation/undergroth/bushes in the premises of E/M installation (DG Set / 2Pole/4poe structure/ transformer) by using mechanicl bush cutter where deemed necessary and cleaning the creepers growing on fencing of the installation once in a month and removal of waste vegetation to nearest dustbin or location as decided with periodicity of once in a month complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. (Note any T&P and transportation required for removal of vegetation from installation is deemed to be included in the quoted rates, contractor is advised to quote rated accordingly.)

Scraping of old paint from the steel tubular pole with out removing accessories and preparation of surfaces for repainting . Repainting the pole with one coat of alternative white and black straps of 30 cm each upto 1.5 mtr height using synthetic enamell paint .Repainting the remaining pole and clamps GI bkt etc above 1.5 mtr height by applying one coat of alumn paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of street light PCC pole without removing accessories with one coat of alternative yellow and black straps of 30 cm each upto 1.5 mtr height using synthetic enamell paint .Colour washing the pole above 1.5 mtr height using snowcem of approved colour including painting the steel parts i.e clamps GI bkt etc by applying one coat of alumn paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Scraping of old paint from the LT three phase bus bar chamber of any size fixed on channel without removing and preparation of surfaces for repainting externally by applying two coat of synthetic enamel powder coated of approved colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply errect pin type porcelain vitreous brown insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle,two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nuts of size 100 mm height and 65 mm dia suitable for 1100 volts grade voltage pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation, connecting electrically & commissioning LT feeder box , outdoor type of size 0.90x0.60x0.40 Mtr size factory fabricated made out of MS sheet of thickness 3.15 mm front and back door openable with locking arrangement mounted on angle iron legs made out of angle iron of size 40x40x6 mm , 1.5 mtr long , 1.0 mtr above ground level and 0.50 mtr embedded in PCC blocks of size 0.30x0.30x0.50 mtr -04 Nos duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete with 400 Amps rated aluminium bus bar suitable for 3 phase 4 wire supply dully drilled holes for cable connection mounted on epoxy based post insulators and one No. MCCB 200 AMP,35 KA, 3 Pole 415 V complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to the Galvanised iron strip 32x6mm size by means of bolts ,nuts,check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 32x6mm GI strip procted by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore incl provision of concrete pit in PCC1:2:4 type B-I , using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle ,excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal dust and salt light grade GI watering pipe 20 mm bore with funnel and wire mashand medium grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore 5 Mtr long and GI strip upto main earthing of pole complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Sch 191 Part-I all as specified and directed .
