Sch 'A' Part-I B/R Portion:- Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, wall, arches, pillars, man-holes, drain etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for burnt clay brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions on fair faces of brick work ,concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work ,concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 as in ceiling of roof slab ,fin, facia, culvert, chajjas, parapet and similar article etc finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M&L for cleaning and preparation of existing Non acceessible/accessible roof surface of any description upto ht of double storey bldg properly by washing and drying, removing all loose material, dirt and foreign particles incl fungus /algae/overgrowth of plants if any completely.identify the cracks over terrace and around the rain water spouts and the same should be grouted with 1:3 CM and make the terrace completly smooth as per slop.The application shall include base preparation with application of primer coat and then apply first coat of cold liquid Membrane STP Tarfelt LM or equivalent make having elongation not less then 200% conforming to ASTM-C-412 & having crack bridging ability of 3.00 to 4.00 mm confirming to ASTM-C-836 with tensile strength ranges to 8 -12 N/sqmm and confirming to ASTM-C-412 with no diluation of water.. Apply 2nd coat similar to first coat after 12 Hrs in opposite direction of first coat by Brush or Roller.. Applying two coats of U V Resistant Elastomeric Exterior Axcrylic Weather resistant water proof coating of Shalicryl-215 or equivalent approved make. Note:- Application of water proofing treatment will be done by Authorised Applicator only.
