GE I R AND D/CHD-41/2026-27 REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF SEWAGE SYSTEM INCLUDING DIVERSION AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINES, MANHOLES AND OHTs INCLUDING GENERAL MAINT ROOF TREATMENT AND PETTY REPAIRS IN ZONE-II TO VII AND RTRS AT TBRL RANGE RAMGARH

Material and labour for cleaning blockages from Nahani trap/Gully trap/water closet/WHB/sink by Roding etc and cleaning the sludge/soil pipe by removing the acess door cover in the bend and refixing it after cleaning, pouring water until smooth flow and from NT taking up and refixing the grating in CM (1:3) including testing by pouring the water until smooth flow complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each time cleaning of blockage shall be paid and measured for separately.

Material and labour for cleaning of SGSW / RCC / PVC sewage line upto 250mm dia by rodding / auger rods & drain pipe machine as required from manhole to manhole including gully trap and getting out the sludge from any size of manholes & gully traps before & after cleaning process of SGSW / RCC / PVC sewage line and well flushing using clean water through water bowser pipe of any capacity (arranged by the Contractor) and removing the sludge etc to a distance n.exc 250m and burying the same underground by digging pit of suitable size from habitant area and returning & filling with excavated materials upto ground level including removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 250m with and including taking off manholes / gully trap covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning process complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. The Contractor / site supervisor shall attend the complaint cell of AGE B&R Ramgarh to receive the complaint slips daily at 0900hrs to carry out the complaints and completion report will be submitted to concerned JE / AGE in the same day i.e. before 1700hrs. 2. If Contractor fails to carry out to completion the jobs within the stipulated time period, the recovery shall be chargeable at the rate of Rs. 60.00 per RM for every day.

Material and labour for cleaning / taking off of sludge (solid / semi solid) of any state from manhole of any size including gully trap having depth upto 3.00m by using machinery or manually as required and removing the same to a distance n.exc 250m and burying the same underground by digging pit of suitable size from habitant area and returning & filling with excavated materials upto ground level including removal of surplus soil to a distance 250m with and including taking off manholes / gully trap covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning process complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. The Contractor / site supervisor shall attend the complaint cell of AGE B&R Ramgarh to receive the complaint slips daily at 0900hrs to carry out the complaints and completion report shall be submitted to concerned JE / AGE in the same day i.e. before 1700hrs. 2. If Contractor fails to carry out to completion the jobs within the stipulated time period, the recovery shall be chargeable at the rate of Rs. 150.00 per Each Job for every day.

Material and labour for opening / cleaning of blocked WC of any type, traps and CI / PVC drain pipe including fittings (i.e. access door bends / tee etc) of any size at any floor & position with and including taking down of CI / CP / PVC grating and refixing the same at position with appropriate materials / fittings i.e. white cement, solvent, nuts & bolts etc and well flushing, pressure pumping, taking out all residue materials etc and removing the same to distance not exc 250 mtr, burried the same underground by digging pit of suitable size from habitant area and covering same wrt the earth level including removal of surplus soil to a distance 250m complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. The Contractor / site supervisor shall attend the complaint cell of AGE B&R Ramgarh to receive the complaint slips daily at 0900hrs to carry out the complaints and completion report will be submitted to concerned JE / AGE in the same day i.e. before 1700hrs. 2. If Contractor fails to carry out to completion the jobs within the stipulated time period, the recovery shall be chargeable at the rate of Rs. 65.00 per Each Job for every day.

Material and labour for dewatering of contaminated waste effluent from septic tank, soakage well of any capacity by sewer jetting cum suction machine vehicle / honey sucker machine vehicle from any location and disposal to suitable place i.e. authorised civil location with and including taking off & re-fixing manholes covers etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: - 1. The Contractor / site supervisor shall attend the complaint cell of AGE B&R Ramgarh to receive the complaint slips daily at 0900hrs to carry out the complaints within 48 hrs from receipt of complaints slip and completion report will be submitted to concerned JE / AGE before 48hrs as per complaint slip time. 2. If Contractor fails to carry out to completion the jobs within the stipulated time period, the recovery shall be chargeable at the rate of Rs. 300.00 per cum for every day.

Material and labour for cleaning of septic tank of any capacity and depth including inlet / outlet chamber after mixing of contaminated waste effluent and sludge etc of septic tank by mixing machine to change the state of solid / semi solid sludge to liquid state by using extra water provided by the Contractor if required and getting out through sewer jetting cum suction machine vehicle / Honey sucker machine vehicle from any location and disposal to suitable place i.e. authorised civil location with and including taking off & re-fixing manholes covers etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. The Contractor / site supervisor shall attend the complaint cell of AGE B&R Ramgarh to receive the complaint slips daily at 0900hrs to carry out the complaints within 48 hrs from receipt of complaints slip and completion report shall be submitted to concerned JE / AGE before 48hrs as per complaint slip time. 2. If Contractor fails to carry out to completion the jobs within the stipulated time period, the recovery shall be chargeable at the rate of Rs. 450.00 per Cum for every day.

Taking out silt, gravel bounders, vegetation grass from complete chocked and blocked and fully filled up Nallah/ Culvert with removing the silt rubbish to distance exc 150m but n.exc. 300m complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cleaning of PVC water storage tanks capacity exc. 250 litres & n.exc. 500 litre, mechanised dewatering of water including sludge from the tanks, cleaning internal & external tank surfaces with high pressure water spray, vaccum cleaning, anti bacterial spray, UV radiation, spray of bleaching powder including writing date of cleaning (with thick paint in capital bold letter ) on each tank etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for (i) Opening and closing of tank cover properly before and after execution of cleaning work . (ii) Removal & refixing of float valve of any size & description before and after execution of work. (iii) Removal of sludge where directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iv) The works in respect of this item Nos 8.00 to 9.00 shall be executed within three months from the date of commencement, irrespective of period of completion / date of completion of Contract.

All as per above item No 08 but capacity exceeding 500 Ltr but not exceeding 1000 Ltr.

Demolition of brick / block masonry built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and clearing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
