Cutting and removing all the portion of body shell from the Tata Sumo, removing front and rear glasses, cutting and removing the damaged portion of the both sides, running boards, mudguard inner, outer plates, diggi side plates, and all other rusted portion complete by gas cutting and removing front portion, replacing with new one with out affecting the original alignment, fixing back all the body shell component in position and fixing the new plate in position by the gas welding of proper shape as per the direction of EIC including cost of all labour charges, welding materials, minor tools and hire charges of welding/ gas plant cost of steel plate items and spare parts such as dickey lock with keys, handle mudguard flap, front and rear bumber show beeding assy. Front positoin, dash board assy, bumper kit, metal screws, washer, CR sheets running board platform, mudguard, conrner piece, show beeding glass rubber etdc all materials required during the course of fabrication works, floor mat, monogram, dickey botton lock of clip, mudguard beeding with clips, muffler pipes etc, complete.

Removing of all the doors from the Tata Sumo replacing the hinges, pin and setting all the doors and locks properly includig cost of all labour charges, all materials such as door lock, catcher door handles inner and outer, door clips door handles inner and outer, door clips, door mirror, catcher plate packing clamp, doors screw and washer, door clip unit, handle screw, catcher stud, screw glass machine etc, complete.

Conventional method of spray painting with Asian/Aspa/equivalent auto paint with oil primer, P.S. Grey, / Standard putty, metal paste,dendrite water emery, hacksaw blade, including cost of all labour charges ,all painting materials cost of minor tools & plants such as aircompressor, painting tools etc., complete as per the direction of EIC..

Removing the old upholstery from the top owning, fornt and rears seat from the tata sumo and stitching with new superior quality rexine cloth and foam stitching and fixing back the same including cost of all the labour charges, all materials such as cloth, foams etc., required and minor tools etc., complete as per the direction of EIC.

Rewiring the disconnected electrical system dismantled from the Tata Sumo during the course body repairs works and replacing the back light, signal light, head light, parking light, meter box light, flasher unit, wiper arm pinion arm, pinion set , wiper arm with blades, wiring set, battery cable, fuse box etc,including cost of all the labour charges, all materials and testing of materials required for the work etc., complete as per the direction of EIC.

Attending repair works to self starter which includes dismantling from the tata sumo, repairing by replacing worn out spares viz, armature, stator coil, solenoid switch, carbon brush, DE & CE end bushes, testing and fitting back in the tata sumo. The rate is including cost of all labour charges, consumable items viz cotton waste, CTC for cleaning work etc, cost of spares etc., complete.

Attending repair work to Alternator which includes distmatnling from the jeep, repairing by replacing worn out spares viz. rotor, stator, Regulator, Rectifier, carbon brush, Balllbeaings, testing and fitting back in the car. The rate is including cost of all labour charges, consumable items viz cotton waste, CTC for cleaning work cost of spares etc., complete.

Dismantling of gear box from the tata sumo and major overhauling the same with replacing the worn-out spares oil seal, bush kit, bearings, gaskets checking the counter Ist ,2nd, 3rd, 4th and adjusting the shims etc, reassembling and fitting back in the respective place the rate including cost of all materials/ spares, labour charges, minor tools, cost of gear oil etc., complete as per the direction of EIC.

Dismantling tempering and refitting the rear spring assembly and checking and changing the front coil suspension if required, changing new shackle kit suspension bush, center bolt if required, the rate includes cost of all laobur charges, cost of all spare parts etc., complete.

Cleaning all the wheels and making alignments, removing the complete brake shoes replacing the brake shoe and polishing the drum, checking and replacing all the wheel cylinder, brake tubes, Master cylinder assembly and main brake hose etc, replacing all the worn out spares, refitting the brake unit after thorough overhauling of system and servincing of engine which includes replacement of filters, radiator hose and other damaged spares etc the rate including cost of all materials required, all labour charges, minor tools, spares parts etc, complete.,

Repairing the steering system assembly,changing the universal joint, drag link, link rod, ball and socket joint, bearings, steering shaft, king pin and joint etc.,completeindluding fixing and alighning them properly after fixing including cost of all labour charges, minor T&P , all oil and materials required etc, complete as per the direction of EIC.

Repairing the transmission system assly, replacing the pressure plate assly, clutch plate, universal joint coupling, coupling bolts, dust caps, seals and gaskets, universal coupling etc.,completeindluding fixing and alighning them properly after fixing including cost of all labour charges, minor T&P , all oils & materials required etc, complete as per the direction of EIC.
