Material and labour for removing old unserviceable back long rail from sofa set 3 seater and replacing with 1st class HW(Teak Wood) of size 35x70x1680 mm as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. FD-281

a) All as per item No.1 but seat long rail of sofa set 3 seater of size 35x70x1680 mm.

b) All as per item No.1 but stiffeners in Seat/back of sofa of size 20x50x600 mm as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

c) All as per item No, 1 but handle of sofa set 3 seater/ single seater .

(d) M&L 100mm thick foam 40 density of size 21"x22" Make: Sleep well including cutting and stiching new lining cloth and finaly covering entire foam with tapestry cloth shade and colour as approved complere all as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

(e)Taking down worn out/ damaged tapestry and lining cloth from foam cushion of size of 21"x22"x100mm and supply and stiching new linning cloth and finally covering entire foam with new tapestry cloth, shade and colour as approved complete all as as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for removing the unserviceable components/ Parts from the Bed and replaceing with new one as shown on drawing (Bed plywood FD-246) and all as directed by Engr-in chrage for following :-

a) 12mm thick ply wood top of size 1920mm x 900mm (single piece) BWR Grade fixed to wooden frame with suitable size of MS Screws as ordered all as shown on drg and as directed.

b) Head side board complete as per drg.

c) Foot side board complete as per drg.

d)First class hard wooden long rail of size 90mm x35mm x 1930mm long.

e) First class hard wooden short rail of size 90mm x 35mm x 900mm long.

f) First class hard wood legs of size 60mm x 60mm x 600mm high including fixing of rubber rings/ shoes as shown on drg.

g) First class hard wood stiffeners of size 45mm x 45mm x 900mm long fixed on shorter span to support ply wood top complete all as directed.

Apo bed TP : Material and labour for removing of old unserviceable following parts of APO single bed :-

a) Head board complete with plank support, PVC bush, PVC beading & suitable star screws as per drawing.

b) Foot board complete with plank support, PVC bush, PVC beading & suitable star screws as per drawing.

c) Side Rail 25mm pre-laminated board as per drawing.

d) Top plank 1900mm X 900mm x18mm thick pre-laminated particle board as per drawing

Chair Easy FD-229 : Taking out/ Dismantling of worn out /Demaged / defective Front leg from Chair Easy and replacing the same with new parts after necessary cutting and made to size and shape with first class hard wood (teak) including polishing the complete wooden parts with two or more coats until high glossy finish is obtrained after necessary preparation of surface & fixed in same poition as per drg & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

a) All as per item No 20 but rear leg as per drawing

Chair Dining FD-228/279: Taking out/Dismantling of worn out/ Damaged/ defective front leg from chair and replacing the same with new parts after necessary cutting and made to size and shape with first class hard wood (teak) including polishing the complete wooden parts with two or more coats until high glossy finish is obtained after necessary preparation of surface & fixed in same position as per drg & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

a) All as per item No 27 but rear leg as per drg.

Chair Writing FD-250/280: Taking out/ Dismantling of worn out/ Damaged/ defective leg from chair writing and replacing the same with new parts after necessary cutting and made to size and shape with first class hard wood (teak) including polishing the complete wooden parts with two or more coats until high glossy finish is obtained after necessary preparation of surface & fixed in same poition as per drg & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

a) All as per item No 34 but Rear leg as per drawing.

Chair wooden bottom without Arms FD-285/225/229 : Taking out/ Dismantling of worn out/ Damaged/ defective Front leg from chair wooden bottom and replacing the same with new parts after necessary cutting and made to size and shape with first class hard wood (reak) including polishing the complete wooden parts with two or more coats until high glossy finish is obtained after necessary prepation of surface & fixed in same poition as per drg & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

a) All as per item No 41 but Rear leg as per drawing.

b) All as per item No 41 but Front leg as per drawing.

c) All as per item No 41 but Rear rail as per drawing.

d) All as per item No 41 but Stiffener of (back support) (Single piece) as per drawing.

f) Removing of old unserviceable plywood seat from chair wooden bottom and fixing new plywood seat 6mm thick commercial plywood with suitable sizes of MS screws and cupwashers as shown in drawings FD-285/225/229 and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Stool Dressing FD-252 : Taking out/ Dismantling of worn out/ Damaged/ defective Front leg from Stool Dressing and replacing the same with new parts after necessary cutting and made to size and shape with first class hard wood (teak) including polishing the complete wooden parts with two or more coats until high glossy finish is obtained after necessary preparation of surface & fixed in same poition as per drg & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

a) All as per item No 48 but Front top rail fornt & back as per drawing (single piece)

b) All as per item No 48 but Side rail as per drawing

c) All as per item No 48 but tiffener (Single piece) as per drawing

Removing of damaged/ unserviceable cane plastic from chair varandah, cleaning tubular surface & necessary preparation & spray painting with first quality synthetic enamel paint white and finally recanning the chair varandah with 4mm width new plastic cane as per Godrej Pattern/ drg and also fix new rubber shoes for all four legs as er drawing and as directed. (FD-259) (Note: Quoted rate is inclusive for recanning, spray painting and providing 4 Nos rubber shoes to legs)

Removing of damaged/unserviceable seat from chair tubular steel with Arms and supply and fixing new seat made out of first class hard well air seasoned wood of 460mm x 415mm size and canning the chair with 2mm plastic cane and 4mm cane for beading and fixed to the chair with 4 Nos nut and bolts with washers all as directed FD-75(M).

All as per item No 53 here in before but of chair tubular steel with out arm of size 405x380mm. FD-75(M) Note for item No 53 & 54: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of new wooden seat, plastic canning & 4 Nos nuts and bolts.

Removing of damaged/unserviceable back from chair tubular steel with Arms and supply and fixing new bak made out of first class hard wood seasoned wood of 460x385mm size duly caned with 2mm width plastic cane and 4mm cane for beading and fixed to the chair with 100x6mm size bolts 04 Nos with nut and washers all as directed. Furniture Drawing No FD-75(M)

All as per item No 55 here in before but back of chair tubular steel with out Arms of size 405x380mm. Note for item Ser No 55 & 56 : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of new wooden back, platic canning & 4 Nos nuts and bolts.

Removing of damaged/unserviceable arms from chair tubular steel with arms and supply and fixing new arms made out of first class hard wood with suitable size of screws including painting the wooden surface with two coats of first quality black syntehtic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as directed FD-75(M) .

Removing of damaged/unserviceable rubber bush to the bottom of the chair tubular steel with Arms and with out arms and S & F with new synthetic rubber bush of size as per existing with suitable size of screw as per drawing and as directed. FD-75(M)

Chair dining long back FD-375 : Taking out/ Dismantling of worn out/ Damaged/ defective front leg as per drawing from chair dining long back and replacing the same with new parts after necessary cutting and made to size and shape with first class hard wood (teak) including polishing the complete wooden parts with two or more coats until high glossy finish is obtained after necessary prepartion of surface & fixed in same poition as per drg & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
