Cleaning of air compressor , electric motor, piping intercooler and other connected items by blowing air through blower , Checking and tightening all connections of pipes and electric cable. Taking out old unservicable MS air pipe line of 150mm dia bore from trenches /wall/duct/road/nallah/ open area and Supply, laying, jointing including testing of compressed MS air pipe line for 150mm dia bore, heavy duty, class C confirming to IS 7938 laid in trenches/wall/duct/road/nalah with flanged end joints including all fittings such as bends, elbow, tees, short piece, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps plugs and unions etc necessary connection as required complete all as directed.

NOTES: (i) Excavation/earth work will be measured and paid separately. M&L for transferring of ATF (Fuel) from one underground BPI tank to another tank very carefully. Cleaning of underground ATF (Aero Turbine Fuel) storage tank of capacity 25 KL by opening of cover lid 2 Nos including gasket, nuts and bolts of oil tank capacity 25 KL complete including dismantling of oil inlet and outlet pipe and re-positioning after necessary repair work including replacement of unserviceable foot valve of size 5" , fiber gasket 24"(MECHANICAL GAS KIT) dia champion make of good quality, all nuts and bolts of any size/ type complete, removing of oil from the basement of the tank with any suitable means (pump etc), de-silting of oil waste/slurry and rusted materials including electrostatic polyurethane insulation (EPI) coating to the complete inner surface area. After complete work ATF to be refilled back in cleaned tank with the help of pump and connected material as per site requirement complete all as directed. Note-Inside the ATF tank one person using mask can work continuously not more than 30 minutes . After 30 minutes replacement of that person is must, so this preciously go on till the completion of work for emergency oxygen cylinder to be kept as first aid. All the material required for accomplishing the work successfully will be responsibility of the contractor.

Certificate for servicing to be provided by concerned industry engineer for its good functioning . Any parts required for replacement due to its unserviceability will be replaced with new one and rate of the same will be considered in the coated rate, no extra amount will be admissible on this account. After finishing the repair and servicing work of the softening plants two times demonstration will be carried out by the dealer. Supply and fix in repair hot air safety valve of size 20 mm dia for 150 PSI complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 meter wide not exc 1.50 meter deep in soft/ loose soil for taking out/ laying pipe line and getting out complete all as specified and directed .

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil surplus to the requirement to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed

Note:- (i) Amount of credit of Rs. 212180.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender. (ii) Contractor is advice to visit the site such as hanger door, motor, boiler etc before quoting their rates.
