Comprehensive, preventive and periodical maintenance as per of 8 Passenger lifts capacity 544Kg & 13 Passenger Lifts Capacity 884KG, are installed for (G+6 floor /G+5 Floor ).Make : JOHNSON with travelling speed of 1m/s installed at Location as mentioned below, in reliable, safe and efficient manner using latest techniques and expertise consultancy (by manufacturer Johnson). Regularly examining lubricating and adjusting the mechanical and electrical driving equipment, governer sleeve, shaft assembly, bearing/contact/governer jaws car and hall mechenical buttons, car and hall position indicators, car direction indicators and all other car and landing signal/fixtures, deflectors, car and counter weight guid rails and buffers etc, including replacement of defective/spares parts as coverd under scope of MOU (Platinum) as requied the following :-

Notes for item No 01:- (a) The comprehencive/preventive periodical maint incuding monthly inspection testing as per service manual. The inspection/test report will be submitted to Engr-in-Charge. (b) The AMC shall be in force immediately after issue of Work Order No 1 commencement date. (c) All the compalints are required to be rectify as per scope of work specified in particular specification. (d) The cost of transportation (to and from) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor by complite the job and no extra cost shall to be paid to the contractor in the effect. (e) The contractor shall display or his trademen's/employees mob/contact no in each lift car and at lift lobby and updated from time to time. (f) Contractor shall be submit the MOU (Platinium) between the contractor and OEM or authorized service dealer of OEM and same shall be submitted in original and uploaded along with tender documents. (g) Service Engineer will visit quartely for the maintence and checks all mechanism along with greasing of complete mechanism in quarterly basis. (h) All complaints will be attended within 04 hrs from the receipt of complaint, if the contractor fails to attend complaint within 04 hrs from the time of receipt of complaint a panel recovery of Rs 5000 per complaint per hrs for the next 4 hrs and further Rs 10000 per complaint per hrs till the complaint is resolved shall be recovered from the contractor due. The deceision of GE in there regards shall be final and binding. (j) Display Mobile no of authorised agents of OEM in each lift car and lift lobbs and upto date from time to time. (k) Old material will be property of department.

S&F in replacement of Cross Flow Fan, 200mm sweep metalic body as per existing size and including dismantling of old one. (Make : Bajaj/CG/Havells/Anchor/Usha/Khaitan), (MIS-10) (MCTE-08)

S&F in replacement of LED panel light fittings 5 watts with reflector including dismantling of old one as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make : Havells/Philips/Wipro/Crompton). (MIS-50) (MCTE-51)
