Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
Providing and Laying Premium (1st) quality digitally printed straight edge, punched, glazed ceramic rectangle tile in approved shade and finish with flexural strength greater than 16 N/mm2, scratch hardness on Moh’s Scale minimum 3 and crazing resistance of 2 cycles in coloured tiles 600 X 300 mm and 8-9 mm thick, in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed. Note : Dado should be flushed with the wall plastering.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.
Applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (white shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats to ceiling surfaces over & including a coat of interior primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces on ceiling including cornices and applying one coat of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the of white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified and directed.

Design, Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Microprocessor controlled water cooled scroll chiller type air conditioning plant of full load capacity not less than 3 x 37.5 TR (2 x 37.5 TR working and 1 x 37.5 TR as standing) suitable for complete operation with refrigerant R-134 a or any non-CFC / non-HCFC based refrigerant with all equipment’s and accessories complete at shed at Dappar, to meet the inside design condition of temp 22 + 2degC and relative humidity 55 + 5% and as per OEM all as conforming to relevant IS complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (i) The tenderer should visit the building / site condition and work out heat load based on the Building Plan, structural specifications, outside / inside parameters and design parameters as given in the tender and ascertain the plant capacity given in the schedule and technical parameters given under relevant schedules / items and PS. Approximate distance between the Plant Room and AHU Room is 70 mtrs. AHU rooms are located on each side of plant room.
(ii) Within 01 (One) Months of acceptance of Tenders complete design along with standard detail and equipment schedules drawings, related calculation basis based on AMCA, AHRI, ASHRAE, NABH, CIIBSE, ISO, NFPA, UL, ECBC, IGBC and NBC shall be submitted by the contractor through Engr-in-Charge to AO for scrutiny. Contractor shall provide all necessary assistance/support at all levels for scrutiny. (iii) The proposed HVAC System owing to efficient Engineering Mode of operation control. (iv) Mechanical equipment will be designed for a15-20 years life. Switch Board, equipments and component will be rated for operation in ambient temperature of 50 deg C and upto 95 % relative humidity. (v) Heat gain/loss Calculation to be done for Summer/ Monsoon and Winters. (vi) Minimum efficiency of HVAC system to be as per ECBC and ASHRAE Standards. (vii) Fresh Air shall be provided based on ASHRAE 170- 2017 (viii) All AHU should be with VFD.
(A) Three water cooled Scroll chilling units complete and each comprising of following :- (i) Water cooled Water chilling machine with hermetic scroll compressor meeting international standards like ECBC (Minimum COP: 5.4, Minimum: IPLV:5.17, test standard ARI 550/590-1998) and ASHRAE 90.1 2010 Standards - path B ( for equipment class water cooled, electrically operated, positive displacement, Minimum COP: 0.81 KW/Ton, Minimum: IPLV:0.68 IPLV, test standard ARI 550/590-1998). Unit need to be mounted on steel frame as per specifications. Motor shall be of high efficiency suitable for 415 +/- 10 % volts, 50 +/- 3Hz, 3 phase AC supply. Refrigerant shall be environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant. Chiller should be capable of unloading from 100 to 25% capacity at constant condenser water temp. Chiller shall come with complete first charge of refrigerant and oil. (Either factory charged /site charged). (ii) One set of shell and tube type water cooled condenser with shell and integrally finned copper tubing, complete with safety valves, drain valve, water inlet and outlet valves, hot gas inlet and liquid outlet isolating valves thermometer and pressure gauges at inlet and outlet and purge valves all as specified and as directed. (iii) Blank (iv) One set of MS stand of suitable size and shape fabricated out of channel and angle iron of suitable size painted with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer for mounting compressor, motor, condenser, chiller and control panels etc of above specification. (v) One set of anti-vibration mounting pads and suitable foundation as per manufacturer’s instruction including necessary foundation, bolts & nuts etc. (vi) Refrigerant piping complete with all require fittings and accessories such as thermo-setting expansion valve, refrigerant drier with isolating valves, pilot operated solenoid valves etc. with necessary bracket and support to inter connect compressor, chiller, condenser and expansion valves including insulation of suction lines and chiller lines with fire resisting insulating material of adequate thickness all as per manufacturer’s specifications. (vii) Microprocessor based controls comprising of following features :- (a) Automatic capacity control reducing energy system. (b) Microprocessor controlled pump down system. (c) Microprocessor based sequence of starting / stopping of equipment with fixed time delays. (d) Alarm history giving cause of tripping. (e) Data scanner system including operations instructions.
(f) Oil pressure failure cut out LP / HP cut out. (g) Liquid line indicator. (viii) Fail safe features will be equipped with following :- (a) Under Voltage protection. (b) Single phasing protection. (c) Over load protection. (d) Phase imbalance protection. (e) Anti-freeze protection. (f) Power loss trip and shut down. (g) Phase reversal protection. (h) Over voltage / surge protection. (ix) One set of water flow switch in condenser and chiller water line at inlet and outlet. (x) First charge of refrigerant gas R-134 a or any non-CFC /non-HCFC based refrigerant and compressor oil as per manufacturer’s recommendation. (B) Chilled water cooling arrangement comprising of the following :- (i) Supply and fixing of MS Class ‘C’, heavy duty ERW chilled water piping of one lot of adequate size including fittings and fixtures duly welded, laid in ground or air, inside / outside the building alongwith necessary clamps, nuts, bolts etc adequately supported on rigid primary and secondary supports complete with balancing valves at chiller inlet and outlet for circulation of chilled water from chiller to AHU – 02 Nos. with necessary connection to chilled water expansion tank including with water pressure gauge / thermo meter in chiller inlet and outlet.
AHU inlet and outlet complete with insulation of fire retardant quality expanded polystyrene moulded pipe section 50 mm thickness and density not less than 20 Kg/Cum covered with a layer of 120 gm/Sqm polythene sheet (as vapour barrier) duly reinforced with 26 gauge chicken wire mesh with buffing all joint and tied down with GI lacing wire and finally finished rigid with 26 gauge aluminium foil cladding, if laid inside the building, and with cement mortar of 1:3 of 12 mm thick, if laid in ground or air outside the building complete with all accessories comprising control valves like butterfly valves, balancing valves, Y-strainers, non-return valves, pressure gauges, thermometers, water flow switches, suitable EPDM bellows etc including excavation, refilling making good the excavated surface wherever the pipes are required to be laid in ground all as per technical requirement / design. (ii) Three Nos. primary centrifugal chilled water pump set with bronze impeller of suitable capacity type-C (02 Nos. working + 01 No. standby) coupled with TEFC 3-Phase, 4-Pole squirrel cage induction motor suitable for operation on 50 Hz, 415 V AC supply alongwith suitable foundation including base frame as per manufacturer instruction and with anti-vibration rubber pads with suitable soft starter with overload protection, protection against phase reversal and single phase preventer and 03 Nos. dial type water pressure gauge and thermometer with suitable needle valves, butterfly valve on suction and delivery line, suction guide with strainer check valve on delivery line etc all as specified and as directed. (iii) Three Nos. secondary centrifugal chilled water pump set with bronze impeller of suitable capacity type-C (02 Nos. working + 01 No. standby) coupled with TEFC 3-Phase, 4-Pole squirrel cage induction motor suitable for operation on 50 Hz, 415 V AC supply alongwith suitable foundation
including base frame as per manufacturer instruction and with anti-vibration rubber pads with suitable starter with overload protection, protection against phase reversal and single phasing and 03 Nos. dial type water pressure gauge and thermometer with suitable needle valves, butterfly valve on suction and delivery line, suction guide with strainer check valve on delivery line etc all as specified and directed and including variable frequency drive. (iv) Chilled water expansion tank of adequate capacity made out of minimum 04 mm thick MS plate construction including insulation with 13 mm thick cross link polyethylene of self adhesive with aluminium foil protection. The tank shall be complete with necessary connection for piping vent and made up connection with necessary float valve, drain valve, incoming / outgoing line valves and drain connection with control valve and necessary inter-connection complete all as specified. (C) Condenser Water Cooling arrangement comprising of following :- (i) Three Nos. centrifugal type Condenser cooling water pump set of suitable type / capacity with bronze impeller each of suitable capacity (02 Nos. working + 01 No. standby) coupled with TEFC 3-Phase, 4-Pole squirrel cage induction motor suitable for operation on 50 Hz, 415 V AC supply alongwith suitable foundation base frame as per manufacturer instruction and with anti-vibration rubber pads with suitable starter with overload protection, protection against phase reversal and single phasing and 03 Nos. dial type water pressure gauge, thermometer with suitable needle valves, butterfly valve on suction and delivery line, suction guide with strainer, check valve on delivery line etc all as specified and directed.
(ii) One Nos. induced draft FRP cooling tower of suitable type / capacity of heat rejection capacity minimum 20% higher than total tonnage of AC plant (i.e. 75 TR x 1.2) for a water flow as recommended by OEM, made out with FRP type body and water basin, PVC filling with integral louvers and drift eliminator, filled with spray nozzles of having self-rotating type sprinklers, statically and dynamically balanced counter flow type fan direct driven with TEFC squirrel cage induction motor with suitable starter, suction screen, made up quick fill arrangement, overflow and drain connection switch necessary valves and suitable inspection ladder, access arrangement for cooling tower interior, cement concrete foundation, steel supporting structure, anti-vibration mountings etc complete all as specified and as directed and with necessary PCC hard standing around the area of width not less than 750 mm from the platform of the cooling tower. (iii) One lot of condenser water pipe line and fitting made out of MS ‘C’ grade from makeup water tank to cooling tower, from cooling tower to Condenser and return to cooling tower through condenser cooling water pumps with all controls and fittings complete with materials alongwith necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings such as tees, bends, necessary butterfly valves, check valves, Y-type strainer, non-return valves, suitable EPDM bellows and pressure gauges with needle valves, thermometeretc adequately supported on rigid supports etc all as specified and required. (iv) Two Nos. PVC makeup water tank of 2 x 5000 Ltrs capacity, ISI marked, Triple layered, duly interconnected and erected on RCC staging of suitable height and size with suitable RCC slab with necessary foundation and PCC hard standing on surrounding area to a width of not less than 500 mm from the platform of makeup water tank including inlet and outlet, overflow connection and float valve assembly with necessary inter connection alongwith suitable control valves.
(D) Air Handling Unit :- 02 Nos. each having 14000 cfm capacity indoor type with necessary provision of air mixing chambers for fresh air draw through type having technical specification all as specified and as directed of sectionalized construction, factory made, floor mounted double skin type made of 25 mm thick modular AHU panels with GI casing of thickness 24 Gauge pre-coated outside layers and 24 Gauge inside layer injected with CFC free polyurethane foam (PUF) of 38 Kg/Cum density insulation complete with blower section, chilled water cooling coil section IP-55 Class F insulation motor and drive set, filter section with muffler and access door to attend the motor / fan and all accessories with lighting provision and all accessories with suitable starter and controls etc and each AHU comprising of following :- (i) 6/8 row cooling/heating coil made of aluminium finned copper tube with coil section, pre filters section with non woven synthetic media of 10 micron particle size with an efficiency of 90%, fine filters of MERV 14, 99.9%, flanged type of suitable size as per design. External Static pressure 65 mm for which fan motor and fan blower to be considered. Return air plenum with RA and FA Volume control damper.”
(i) 6/8 row Cooling / Heatingcoil of copper tube with aluminium fins with automatic controlled anti-freeze thermostat suitable for chilled water / Hot Water. (ii) Blower section complete with blower having forward curved centrifugal fan for weather maker suitable for static pressure all as specified and as directed, with minimum 2 bends GSS eliminators with suitable capacity TEFC squirrel cage induction motor (IP 55 and class F insulation) for operation on 3 phase 415 V 50 Hz AC supply with mounting frame work. (iii) Inbuilt pan humidifier – 01 Set. (iv) 50 mm thick washable type pre-filters with filter element made out of synthetic non-woven media supported by HDPE mesh on both side including stitching in diamond pattern complete including frame and suitable for efficiency 90% down to 10 micron EU-3 type-C complete with mounting frame work. (v) Secondary dry type cleanable and easily maintainable air filter supported by GI wire and folder to form accordion plate having an efficiency of 99% down to 5 micron EU-5 TYPE complete with mounting frame works. (vi) Drain connection, stainless steel (SS-304) drain pan and with necessary GI pipe for drain out the condensate to the open drain of the building. (vii) Acoustic insulation of AHU all as per manufacturer’s design and type to maintain 50 decibel and all as specified. (viii) Chilled water lines with suitable butterfly valve, Y strainer, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, on the supply line and with suitable butterfly valve, balancing valve, 3-way modulating control valve, pressure gauge, temperature gauge etc on the return chilled water line complete all as specified.
(E) Air Distribution System :- Air Distribution System including supply air duct made out of galvanized steel sheet, ducting from AHU to condition room, of commercial grade VIII as per IS-655 with latest insulating material covered with glass cloth and perforated aluminium sheets as per specification including suitable MS supporting arrangements including primary and secondary support from RCC roof / ceilings / walls / traverse for ducts inside the conditioned space and from wall / traverse / floor / ground for ducts outside non-conditioned space including necessary foundation for support etc complete with adjustable dampers, vanes etc complete as per specification and as per ducting layout marked tentatively on site plan to provide the required quantity of supply air in the condition room and to achieve the designed parameters with desirable velocity and noise level with uniform distribution of air and comprising of following accessories :- ( Note : Duct insulation 19 mm thick with site glued, aluminium foil faced, armacell closed cell fire rated (FM approved) nitrile rubber insulation of suitable density (40 - 60 Kg/m3), class O insulation as per thickness specified, all joints and corners should be finished with 50mm wide cross linked oven type self adhesive tape. The adhexive cost and taping cost should be inclusive in insulation rate).
(i) New Mechanical Fire dampers of model CFD-FL approved 90 Minutes Fire Rating as per UL-555-1995 by CBRI in existing main supply air duct layout drawing including control wiring. The dampers shall be made of heavy gauge galvanized steel having multi blade construction. The blades shall be fitted with chrome plated shaft and self-lubricated phosphorous bronze bushes. The dampers shall also be provided with jam seal (compression type) on sides to prevent spread of smoke and fire. The blades of the dampers are held in the ‘open’ position by a high tensile spring and a fusible link. The fusible link should be UL stamped and operates at 74oC, causing the damper to close immediately on break fire to prevent the spread of fire through the ducts. Control wing from fire damper to AHU control panel to switch off AHU motors, heaters and humidifier when the fire damper is closed in the event of fire. (ii) Powder coated extruded aluminium section fresh air grill of suitable size in AHU room with GI volume control dampers, bird screen etc complete as required and as specified. (iii) Supply air diffuser duct mounted double louvered and double deflection type of powder coated aluminium with volume control dampers of required sizes and numbers. (iv) Acoustic lining to the main supply air duct from AHU upto a minimum length of 6 mtrs with 25 mm thick of Resin bonded glass wool of density 32 Kg/Cum overlapped with RO tissue, sealing all joints and finally covered with 0.5 mm perforated aluminium sheet. NOTE : (i) Return air will come back from Air conditioned room to AHU room from opening in the room. (ii) Ducting should be designed as per SMACNA and ASHRAE 63.1 and 170. VAV control to be installed in ducts to control air flow in individual rooms.
(vii) Automatic Star Delta starter with power contactors of suitable capacity for starting / stopping AHU motor with over load relay, single phase preventer with trip button and toggle switch. (This starter is considered in respective item of AHU and to be fixed in this LT panel.) (viii) One No. electronic digital thermometer with necessary sensors and switching arrangement for each AHU room (total 2 nos.) to display temperature of return air. (ix) Power cabling of adequate size and sufficient core from LT panel board to electric motors and other electrical equipment (03 Nos. Scroll Chilling Unit, 03 Nos. Condenser Pump, 06 Nos. Chilled water pumps, 02 No. Cooling Tower motor, AHU control panel to AHU Motor – 02 Sets and other allied electrical equipment if any with multistranded copper conductor XLPE insulated, armoured cable laid neatly and in straight line in trenches / on wall / in cable trays with necessary saddles and clamps including copper lugs of suitable size and cable glands, etc complete all as specified and as per IE rules and electrical codes. (x) Power cabling of adequate size and sufficient core from main LT panel to AHU control panel – 02 Nos. with multi stranded aluminium conductor XLPE insulated armoured cable laid neatly in trenches / on wall in cable tray including Aluminium lugs and cable gland etc complete all as specified and as per IE rules and electrical code. (Approximate length from LT pannel to AHU control pannel will be 60 Mtrs) (xi) Control wiring with PVC insulated copper conductor of suitable size with No. of cores as required cable on wall / cable tray etc and armoured PVC insulated, sheathed stranded copper conductor cable of suitable size with No. of cores as required when laid in trenches underground.
(J) Minor Civil Work :- Any other minor masonry work required for erection and smooth functioning of AC plant such as :- (i) Foundation for pumping sets, motor, chiller unit, chilled water pipe, air handling unit, cooling tower make up water tank, expansion tank etc as per manufacturer design complete. (ii) Excavation for chilled water pipe line work, cable etc. (iii) Making good damaged civil work in fixing Ducts laying pipelines collars etc. (iv) All other civil work required for testing and commissioning of the plant. (v) All mild steel work fabricated in rolled steel sections, MS Plates, flats round bolts and nuts etc for supporting/ jointing / fastening condenser water pipes, chilled water pipes, make up and drains water pipes etc. (vi) Painting with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over one coat of red oxide primer of all mild steel pipe / structure as per the standard colour coding of the central AC Plant. (vii) Stenciling on pipe line showing arrow / indicator for flow of water / refrigerant / chilled water / hot water with distinguished colour and stenciling of name of major components for identification and full proof operation of switch gears / indicators.
Supply, install, test and commision electric hot water generator alongwith all fittings having thickness 10mm MS sheet with following parameters, electric panel with control and relay to switch OFF and ON electric heater and all as specified -: (a) Flow rate - 72 LPM (b) Inlet temperature - 67 degree C (c) Outlet temperature - 85 degree C (d) Working pressure - 100 psiG (e) Heating load - 5 x 25KW in 5 step = 25KW in one step = 125 KW Total 125 KW. Generator shall be fitted with step controller gauges with ball valve, pressure relief valve, thermometer, low level cutout and auto vent. geneartor shall be provided with 50mm thick resin bonded fibre glass wool cladded with 0.63 mm aluminium sheet on MS frame welded to generator body complete all as specified and directed
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of suction / monoblock centrifugal pumps for Hot water(HWS), complete with TEFC squirrel cage motors, base plate, and all necessary accessories. Capacity of pump sets, net head is as given below: All the pumps mentioned below shall also be Complete with mechanical seals, and drain connections, and shall be suitable for operation on 415±10% Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase AC power supply.
