Construction of Nursing College at Pt. JLNGMC Chamba (Sub Head Construction of Building portion , WS and SI,Septic Tank, Rain Water Harvesting System, , Boundary Wall ,and Site Development work )

Excavation work /cutting by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard rock, chiseling / wedging out of rock (Where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required lines, grade, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes as shown in the drawing and if water is met within the excavation due to springs, seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by the suitable diversion pumping or bailing out and excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and disposal of all surplus excavated soil in acquired width or at an approved dumping site including its stacking leveling dressing including all leads and lifts by head-load, mechanical transportation or by any other mode of transportation with all cost of labours, machineries and other incidentals to complete the work as per HPPWD specification. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable material shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm (three point fifteen millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 X 30 X 5 mm (thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetra with wooden battens and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation, footing, basis of columns etcetra and mass concrete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of the engineer-in -charge .The rate is including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.
