Fabrication of trash racks with ISMC (100x50mm), ISMB (100x50mm) & MS flat (65x10mm) (HSR Item no B0979) as per attached drawings

Fasteners/clamp (16x250mm -120 Nos - Stainless steel) - at the spacing of 2fts on each channel (HSR item no 8.6.2)

Labour charges for fixing MS Channel (125x65mm) with fastners including removing of old trashracks, dewatering of upstream sump well & removing of slush

Labour charges for lowering/fixing of trash racks (54nos) into trash rack grooves - manually

12 mm cement plaster of mix (1 cement: 2 fine sand) (HSR item no 11.5.1)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete (1:1½:3) for fixing grooves (HSR item no 6.1.1)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) (HSR item no 11.82.1)

Credit of old Iron Scrap (approx.)

Terms & Conditions:- 1. The tender rate will be inclusive all taxes as applicable including GST. 2. The tender rate will be for F.O.R. destination and inclusive of all incidental charges, enroute & at destination. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. 3. WWC@1% will be deducted from the each bill of the agency. 4. The rate should be inclusive carriage, fitting and allied parts complete in all respect with left over items (if any) as per site requirement. 5. Goods which to be used / supplied should be as per sample and conforming to the site condition & also conforming to I.S. Specification. 6. Department will not be responsible for non submission of BOQ / Bid Document online by due date, due to any fault of internet/ E-tendering. 7. Completion period – completion period is 3 Months. 8. Default Liability Period is one year after completion of work. 9. Payment schedule, as per bidding documents. 10. Each page of bid book will be signed by the tenderer as a token of acceptance of terms and conditions. 11. Bidders may visit to the sites before quoting the tender rates. 12. The bidders must create their contractor ID on HEW Portal (https://works.haryana.gov.in/ ) and accordingly upload the contractor profile summary in bidding documents, failing which the bid will be rejected. 13. Actual weight of old scrap will be assessed by the committee of 2 SDO’s after completion of work and will be retain by successful agency. 14. Bidder should have executed 25% quantity of the same nature and shall furnish their performance certificate. 15. The quantity of item from Sr. No. 1 to 8 may increase or decrease.
