Providing /Fixing/commissioning/testing of 200 KVA outdoor type Three phase Oil immersed 11KV/433-250V,50 HZ Aluminium wound Distribution Transformer of Energy Efficiency Level -1 3 Star as per IS:1180 (all documentation / testing certificate to be completed by the contractor with PDD.

P/F of Aluminium Conductor 0.5 Sq inch ACSR ( Rabbit)

P/F of channel iron 100mm x 50mm x 6mm ( 9.56 kg/mtr) 8 ft long cross arm complete with 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50mm x 6mm M.S flat iron clamps , bolts, nuts and washer etc including drilling of holes for insulator pins having base coat of red oxide and two coats of silver white paint as required.

P/F of Galvanized Anti-climbing Devices on H.T Poles at a height of 2.5 mtr above ground level. (Barbed wire 3.5 KG) with 4 No’s M/s Clamps for each plate.

P/F of Danger plates of 250mm x 200mm made of mild steel at least 2mm thick and vitreous enamelled white on both sides with inscriptions in single red colour on front side as required on H.T. Poles at a height of 2.5 mtrs above ground level.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 mtr long etc, with charcoal and salt as required.

P/F of 11 KV Drop out set.

P/F of H.T steel tubular poles swaged type pole fitted with base plate .POLE Designation 410-SP 33, 9 MTR ,Height cap on top with base coat painting of red oxide and two coats of silver white paint. The execution of pole pit upto 5ft deep and refilling the same after erection of pole. Cement bottoming of steel Tubular poles,2ftx2ftx6ft in the ratio of 1:2:4( 1=cement, 2=coarse, 4=40mm graded stone ).The foundation block shall be laid 5ft below ground level and 1ft above ground level with surface Plastering 1ft above ground Level and white washing of block and J-2 earthing as per required specification

Providing and fixing of 25mmx6mm G.I strip including, bobbinin ,insulators, connection /terminals with G. nut ,bolt spring washers ,clamps etc as reqd.

P/f of 11 KVA Post Operative Lightening Arrestor Set.

Providing Fixing Testing And commissioning of Tri vector meter on H.T side for substation and all other formalities with PDD to be done by contractor including inspection etc .as required( GR)
