Providing Services for Manning, Running & daily operation of Main Receiving station (HT/LT) located at INS Kardip Sub Station by deploying One Electrician Skilled in each shift round the clock in three shift per day (8 Hours per shift), including Sundays & holidays, Maintaining the Log sheet/ Register for Incoming & out Going feeders as directed & shown by Engr-In-charge and also attending break downs/ repairs on break down complaint calls of HT & LT lines in the area and rectifying the problems by replacing DO fuses and HT jumpers etc and restore the electric supply in area with necessary arrangements, if required for change over of HT ring main supply etc consisting of following :- Details of Plant:- (a) Main supply at 11 KV - 01 Nos Receiving Point from AED (b) Step Down Transformer 11 / 0.433 KV - 01 Nos : 01 No 315 KVA Near Old Power House 01 No 100 KVA Near BRO (c) Step Up Transformer 0.433 / 11 KV - 01 Nos : 01 No 500 KVA in Sub-Station(d) Incomer through Two Pole Structure 11 KV 200 amps -- 04 No(e) VCB 400 Amps - 03 Nos (f) RMU - 02 Nos(g) Synchronize Panel - 01 No(h) Out going feeders - 02 Nos (j) DG Set - 03 Nos : 01 No in Sub-Station - 250 KVA 02 No in Sub-Station - 125 KVA

(C) Note for item no.1 Above: (i) All log sheets to be maintained during each shift and details of consumables used to be maintained on each plant running record book. (ii) Records for running hours and fuel consumed to be maintained daily on log sheet and plant running record for DG set. (iii)The contractor shall operate and maintain all the T&P installed under this work at no extra cost. (iv)Incase of non operation the plant on account of contractor's fault/ non employment of operators, suitable market recovery per shift shall be recoverd from contractor's dues. (v)Any tradesmen/ employees shall not be allowed to continue their employment more than 11 month. (vi)Misc spares required such as tinted copper fuse wire, discharge rod, cotton,cleaning agents & misc items deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (vii)Monitoring the performance of plant & uploading of records & submission. (viii)Daily check of HT/LT Substation/ switch gears. (ix)Careful control on the plant/machinery and maintaining clean and Hygienic condition.(x)Area cleaning and Maintenance of plant/machinery premises. (xi)Maintenance of all records and documents as specified and directed by Engr-incharge.(xii) Checking of earth values of earth pits and filling of water in earth pits in substation. (xiii) SHIFT DUTIES (TIMMINGS) (a) I Shift : 0600 Hours to 1400 Hours (b) II Shift : 1400 Hours to 2200 Hours (c) III Shift : 2200 Hours to 0600 Hours (Note :– 01 Operator per shift total three shifts – 03 Operators (Electrician)

(xviii) Technician/employees employed by the contractor will not work contineously for 07 days. The employees worked for six days contineously should be given one day off with payment as per the contract labour act as referred in condition 58 of IAFW-2249. (xiv) The contractor is responsible for submitting the documents of qualification / experience certificate & police verification certificate of employees before commencement of work.(xx) The rate considered is deemed to include for 1st hour maintenance including cleaning and replacement of minor spare parts of unserviceable parts and when required.(xxi) The rate considered is deemed to include the cost towards maintenance of hygienic condition and around the installation. The contractor is fully responsible towards the health of staff employed.(xxii)In case of requirement, tradesmen provided per one area may be utilized in other areas at the discretion of the department without any extra cost to department as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (xxiii)Attendance register shall be maintained by contractor and it shall be submitted by contractor to the dept for verification.(xxiv)In case of absence operator, double the rate quoted to be recovered.(xxv)Departmental equipments of each building /installations shall be under safe custody. In case of theft any item recovery shall be made from the contractor as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.(xxvi)During operation of installations/equipments/tree trimming respective electrical power lines/Electrical panels/DG Sets equipments should be isolated properly,necessary safety measurments(like helmet,belt, insulation glouves etc..),necessary safety precautions /safety devices to be adopted and the quoted rate is deemed to be included for same & in case any eventuality during their working time to tradesmen/Operators, the contractor is fully responsible.

(xxvii)The contractor will adhere to pay monthly payment cycle to the employees irrespective of RAR/Funds availability with department and same deemed to be included in quoted rates. (xxviii) Shift operator shall be relived after next shift operator arriving the installations necessary arrangments to be monitored by contactor/contactor's Rep(other than genaral shifts). (xxix)Shift timings & operation of intstallations shall be as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (xxx)Each employee should be facilitated with adhoc bonus privilage as applicable in accordance with Govt Of India and the same to be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.Documentry proof of duly signed by contarctor/contractor's rep and individual to be forwaded.

Taking down old unserviceable point wiring, (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings & fixtures such as switch, ceiling rose, pendants, regulator, socket, etc., and making good the disturbed surface of wall, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing including touch up of paint/white wash all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Taking out the existing any type fittings on ceilings and S & F 36 Watt LED Luminaire suitable for 600x600mm modular ceiling grid including frame of suitable size of above LED light with high efficiency PMMA diffuser gives soft glare free light with available lumen output from 3600 total lumen.The 36 W system shall be operating at 220-240v AC supply having internal driver .IP20,surge protection 2KV ,ambient temperature -20 to 45 degree C, frequency 50 to 60 Hz ,The system efficacy must be between80-100 lumen /watt ,with 70% lumen maintenance upto 50000 Br Hrs with uniform visually comfortable light output at 150 degree beam spread , CRI minimum 80. Taking down the ceiling / Exhaust fans of any model, size & sweep carefully from its original position and dismantling motor and over hauling complete by cleaning all dust / grease with kerosene or petrol, & replacement of unserviceable bearings, bushes, split pins and nut and bolts and applying new grease for bearings, reassembling the motor and fixing the blades, preparation old surfaces of fan of any sweep & model and painting the with synthetic enamelled paint by spraying including filling cavities and testing and refixing the same complete as directed by Engr in Charge, Note for Item (i). Any Parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item as ''Supply only'' (s) of this schedule. However labour element involved in replacement is included in unit rate quoted against this Item. (ii). Any unforeseen minor repair and minor parts like Rubber bush, MS Clamps, split pins, base frames, nuts, bolts etc that are not covered under Item No-2, (a) to (e) but required to complete the repair work / smooth functioning of Fan Motor shall be deemed to be included with the unit rate .Transportation of Stator / Rotor parts for machining & rewinding, shaft / bushing for machining , welding , turning at lathe shop at Port Blair are also deemed to be included with unit rate. iii). Rewinding of stator / rotor of motor, any machine work where involved shall be measured and paid separetely against relevant item of this schedule.

(d) M&L for rewinding the motor of ceiling Fan 1200mm/1400mm Sweep by unscrewing without damaging any parts, rewinding the same with fine quality of super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable size & Capacity including,varnishing,drying etc,and refixing the stator and rotor perfectly to rotate smoothly and connection alongwith fixing of 2.5 MFD fan capacitor complete including taking out burned unserviceable copper winding wire all as directed.

(e) M&L for rewinding the motor of Exhaust Fan 300 / 450 mm Sweep by unscrewing without damaging any parts, rewinding the same with fine quality of super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable size & Capacity including,varnishing,drying etc,and refixing the stator and rotor perfectly to rotate smoothly and connection alongwith fixing of suitable fan capacitor complete including taking out burned unserviceable copper winding wire all as directed.Note for item (d) & (e):- Rates for incorporation of new fan capacitor of suitable capacities for smooth runinng of fans are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates

M & L for Taking out & Servicing Split type air conditioner in citu (Split type air conditioner comprises wiith out door and indoor unit complete) of capacity 1.5/ 2.0 TR of any make and any type by replacing unserviceable parts from the machine including charging of Refrigerant gas after vacuuming and leak testing. Brazing the suction/ discharge tubes where required and cleaning of cooling coil and condenser coil, oiling, greasing of blower motor, checking of electrical circuit and replacement of defective electric blower fan motor,over load protector,relay, capacitor etc to achive proper cooling effect and also checking of electronic circuit of machine and repair where necessory by replacing electronic parts and changing of wirings with proper size PVC insulated wires as directed and testing commissioning & refixing in same or new location complete all as specified and directed. Note:- i) Compressor where ever is required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item. ii) During vacuming the machine existing Refrigerant shall be collected in cylinder and the same shall be reused while charging after carry out of repair and additional qty required for smooth functioning shall be measured and paid separately under respective item. iii) Spares parts where ever is required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule A. iv) Unit rate is deem to be included for minor parts such as capilary tube, machine screw, washer, rubber bush etc required for proper setting of machine. Material & labour for filling up & charging of R - 22 refrigerant or type of gas as per site requirement for window/spilt type air conditioner of capacity 1.5TR, refrigerator and water cooler of capacity 80/40 litres after leak testing of complete system and making good by bracing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for PCB (Printed circuit board) of indoor unit suitable for existing 1.5 ton capacity split AC including removal of old existing unsv one complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for thermostat switch of any make of split AC 1.5 ton capacity including removal of old existing unsv one complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the old unserviceable sealed compressor unit from split AC of any make, capacity 1.5 TR and supply and fixing new hermetically sealed compressor of same make as that of the existing for split AC of capacity 1.5 TR with necessary mounting arrangements suitable for working with non CFC refrigerent including charging of non CFC refrigerent gas and oil at adequate level and jointing all pipe connection and checking gas pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable Earthing and M&L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6mm burried earth pit not less than 2.25m depth below normal ground level with to edge of the plate vertically to depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to & including Galvanised earth strip of size 25X4mm by mean of GI bolts & nuts etc with provision of char-coal and salt etc all as per electrical plate No-3 of SSR-2010 including RCC cover and MS angle iron frame, watering with GI pipe 20 mm dia (medium grade) & MS funnel, concrete pit including excavation and earthwork and testing on completion etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : 1. Refilling of the earth pit shall be carried out with black cotton soil. 2. GI wire 4.0mm dia & GI protection pipe upto 7.5 m length will be measured under this item.

NOTE : An Amount of Rs 57,245.00 towards Schedule of Credit shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum
