Cutting holes in brick walls in mud mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required in depth of embedded portion exceeding half brick but not exceeding one brick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps, siesmic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, coping, parapets and railing upto 60cm height, copings bed block,roof kerbs or mud stops, kerb stone, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, surface channels and drains, benching, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throatings etc.including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including columns, special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS.1161-1998 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe-290 (Gde E-165) all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS fastners (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or serewed both ends, each screwed end fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut exc 10 cm long but not exceeding 15 cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 1mm thick pre painted plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete al as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement / sliding window / door, made of extruded profiles. Profiles of frames and sash will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc.. making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket, 1.2+ 0.2.mm thick galvanized steel profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, all complete and as directed, (Glazing, hardware hinges and fitting, EPDM rubber gasket etc. to be paid separately.) Frame (60mm x 58mm) with wall thickness 2.3mm (+/- 2mm) complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Each member of window to be measured separately wrth clear length.

S&F 4mm thick sheet glass, ordianary quality glazing with beads and fixed with metal panels pins in square exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
