SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I (BOREWELL AND REJUVENATION OF EXISTING BOREWELL)

M/L for carrying out Geo physical survey for ground water exploration by electrical resistivity technique at different location spread at suitable intervals to find out delineation of litho logical features of area thickness of layers and most favorable site for ground water strata based on Geo logical parameters and deposition of sub surface formation aquifer upto the depth of 220 Mtrs and submitted a detailed report in regards (at least 02 spots in each locations)

Boring/Drilling bore well of required dia for casing/strainer pipe by suitable method prescribed in IS : 2800 (Part-I), including collecting samples from different strata chest/ bore leg, including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools plants, machineries required for the Job, all completed as per direction of Engr-In-Charge, upto 100 Mtr depth below ground level, (All type of Soil) of 300 mm dia

Ditto as per item No 2 above but rocky strata including Boulders

Boring/Drilling bore well of required dia for casing/ strainer pipe by suitable method prescribed in IS:2800 (Part-I), including collecting samples from different strata chart/ bore leg including hire & running charges of all equipments, tools plant, machineries required for the job, all completed as per direction of Engr-In-Charge, upto 20 Mtr depth below ground level, (All type of Soil) of 300 mm dia.

Gravel Packing of in tube well construction in accordance with IS4097 including providing Gravel/ fine/ medium coarse in required grading and sizes as per actual requirement all complete as per direction of Engr- In-Charge.

Supply, assembling lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, ERW (Electric resistance Welded) FE 410 mild steel screwed and socketed plain ended casing pipes of required dia, confirming to IS 4270, reputed & approved make, including painted with outside surface with two coats of anticorrosive paint of approved brand and manufacture, including required hire & labour charges, fittings & accessories, all complete, for all depths as per direction of Engr-In-Charge. 150 mm dia having minimum wall thickness 5.40 mm

Supply, assembling lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, ERW (Electric resistance Welded) FE 410 plain slotted having slot size 1.6/3.2mm mild steel threaded and socketed plain bevel ended pipe (type-A) of required dia confirming to IS8110 of reputed and approved make, having wall thickenss not less than 5.40 mm including painted outside surface with two coats of anticorrosive bitumenstic paint of approved brand and manufacture, including hire & labour charges, fittings and accessories all complete for all depths, as per direction of Engr-In-Chagre 150mm dia having minimum wall thickness 5.40 mm.

Development of Tube well in accordance with IS2800 (Part-I) and IS 11189, to establish maximum rate usable water yield without sand content (beyond the permissible limit) with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by “V” notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc by draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, i.e dishing faction of tube well, all complete including hire and labour charges of Air compressor, tools & accessories etc, all as per requirement and direction of Engr-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing casing pipe removable as per requirement, all complete OD 150 mm dia

Providing and fixing MS clamp of required dia to the top of casing / housing pipe of tube well as per IS 2800 (Part-I) including necessary bolts and nuts of required size complete

Providing and fixing ball plug of required dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tube well as per IS 2800 (Part-I)

Supply and anchoring of Steel supply wire of 3 mm dia having PVC Sleeve above the rope with submersible with fastening the same securely above the ground level near the tube well etc complete as directed by E-I-C.

Supply installation of Submersible pump starter unit with necessary connected items as per Manufactureer Instrs. To be run the pump capacity upto 5 HP submersible pump (Make : Crompton Greaves/Seimens/Havells or equivalent as approved by HQ DGAR (Ref annexure 14 (Chapter I to IX) of tender documents))

Supply and fixing Submersible cable weather proof Copper including necessary connected items as per site requirement will be provide and as per direction of Engr-In- Charge (Make : Havells, Finolex, Cabcom or equivalent as approved by HQ DGAR (Ref annexure 14 (Chapter I to IX) of tender documents))

Fixing only GI pipes complete with GI fittings including trenching and refillaing etc 40 mm dia nominal bore (GI Pipe issued from Departmentt) free for fixing.

Supply and fixing Non Returner Valve Gun Metal of approved qualing ISI marked with screwed end complete of horizonal type 40 mm dia (vertical).(Make : Zoloto/L&T/Leader or equivalent as approved by HQ DGAR (Ref annexure 14 (Chapter I to IX) of tender documents))

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I wheel of approved quality (screwed end) : 40 mm nominal bore.(Make : Kirloskar/L&T/Leader or equivalent as approved by HQ DGAR (Ref annexure 14 (Chapter I to IX) of tender documents))

Rejuvenation of existing borewell including development of Tubewell to establish maximum rate usable water yield without sand content (beyond the permissible limit) with required capacity air compressor, running the compressor required time till well is fully developed, measuring yield of well by 'V' notch method or any other approved method, measuring static level & draw down etc by draw down method, collecting water samples & getting tested in approved laboratory, i/c disinfection of tubewell, all complete including hire and labour charges of Air compressor, tools & accessories etc, all as per requirement and direction of Engr-in-Charge. Complete with development of in good condition.
