Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft / loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and leveling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Removing excavated material (i.e. soil) from site to a distance n. exec 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level nexc 1.5 mtr above the starting point compelte all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note : Measurement shall be taken after punning down.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

All as per srl item No 5 here-in-before but using old cable cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. of following sizes:-

S&F in replacement Retro Reflective installation sign boards of size 5 feet x 4 feet fabricated out of 16 gauge MS sheet frame duly welded/riveted with MS square pipe of size 25mm x25mm at height 2.00 meter above ground level on stainless steel heavy duty pipe of size 80mm bore embedded 60 CM in PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 block of size 45cmx45cmx60cm including necessary excavation and earth work.The steel portion of the board shall be painted in stove enameled paint and the front & back of the frame shall be overall sheathed with blue colour base painter adhesive tape. The writing matter will be in English language on both sides with reflective adhesive painter tapes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanized ironsides complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 15 mm bore GI pipe medium grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe up to 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

M&L for cutting and removing grass, vegetation bushes etc from surrounding 4 pole/6 pole HT structure , outside area of HT installation and removing all rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M&L for spreading of stone aggregate of nominal size not more than 25mm under 4/6 pole HT structure /surrounding area of outdoor RMU manually without damaging any equipments, cable or parts , spreading & leveling of finished gravel uniformly in layers n. ecc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface all as specified and directed

Supplying and laying as replacement in sub station 3.3 to 11 KV electrical insulation mat of size 5 mtr x 1 mtr x 2.5 mm thick confirming to IS 15652 2006 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

S&F in replacement Danger Notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT of 25x20 cm size including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M&L for Demolition of road, path, drain and concrete in ground floors, RCC/Brick wall (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm grade crushed stone aggregate) 50 mm thick as in road, path, drain or similar works complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

S&F cable route indicator made of RCC (Nominal Mix) type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) with 8mm TMT Bar place @ 150mm c/c of size 1m height X 60cm wide X 10cm thick tapered on top, visible above ground, duly painted with synthetic enamel paint of yellow colour base and letters with black paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.. Note : Rate for PCC 1:3:6 for foundation (min size 0.8mx0.3mx0.3m) of aggregate size 20mm for cable route indicator deemed to be included in the item.

Platform :- M&L for Brick Masonry (Using sub class 'B' Brick) platform of size 3m x 3m x 1m height , built in CM 1:4 complete incl all necessary excavation & earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation, 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on sides and top of the brick work, up to 150 mm below ground level incl S&F of 02 Nos MS Channels of size ISMC-100 for balancing of Transformer embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 up to 100 mm Thick RCC 1:2:4 with 10 mm steel bar placed 100mm c/c, including provn of steps on one side complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Disconnecting electrically and mechanically outdoor transformers upto 400 KVA capacity, lowering down from 4/6/8 pole structure carefully using hydra machine and Re-installation of transformer on plinth, connecting electrically and mechanically, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Fencing :- M&L for perimeter fencing of size 8mx4mx2m (as per site condition) having MS work of angle iron for post and struts of fencing around the transformer plinth/substation/LT panels etc drilling holes flat iron fillet for securing wire mess by welding to angle iron frame and framed work as in door/gate of angle iron and wiremesh.Door to be fixed by 03 nos 100mm long hinges and one sliding door bolt of 300mm long for locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge. Details are as follows:- (a)Angle iron post to post distance maintained not more than 02mtr ,size of angle shall be 40x40x5mm.Angle Iron shall be embedded in natural ground not less than 0.90 m deep. (b)MS wire 75x75mm mesh 3.15 mm dia ,2mtr height and shall be fixed to post with flat iron 32 x 6 mm fillet with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. (c)Cement concrete type D-2 ,1:4:8 using grade crushed stone aggregate for mass concrete/ foundation. (d)Brickwork with subclass 'B ' bricks ,straights or curved on plane exc 6m mean radius ,built in cement mortar 1:6 complete for toe wall along the perimeter fencing. The toe wall shall be one brick thick,30cm high (15cm above GL and 15cm below GL) on 75mm thick PCC lean concrete. (e) The exposed surfaces of brickwork shall be rendered 15mm thick in CM (1:4) finished fair and even without using extra cement. (f) The steel gate shall be of size 1.00m x2.00 m fabricated from angle iron 40x40x5 mm frame and 12x12 mm square guard bars. (g) All the exposed surfaces of steel shall be painted with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. (h) Dry stone aggregate of size 40mm spreaded ,leveled & compacted up to 100mm thick. (h) Necessary excavation and earthwork shall be included in the quoted rate.

Dismantling of any type 2/4/6 PCC pole structure complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Suplying & laying sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

All as per srl item No -27- here-in-before but using old bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M&L for re-painting of existing transformer/RMU GI fencing of any sizes with apply of 2 coats of aluminum paint including rubbing with wire brush/emery paper to fencing and angle irons, at different location after disconnecting of HT supply from incoming and LT supply complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for re-painting of LT Steel tubular poles of any sizes with apply of 2 coats of aluminum paint including rubbing with wire brush/emery paper & writing pole Nos in appropriate size of letters including making yellow and black strips upto height of 1.5 mtr above from ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Engr-in-charge
