Supplying and filling the foundation and basement with Quarry dust, filling in the layers of not more than 150mm thick, each layer well rammed and consolidated by hand/mechanical roller including watering, levelling, dressing the top surface to the required level complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer.

Supplying and laying water proofing treatment of Polymer modified water proofing membrane treatment for horizontal surface & inclined surface of underground surfaces and basement inclusive of surface preparation, labour, tools, equipment materials etc, all complete as per manufactures specifications, drawing and as directed by the Engineer consisting of following.1) 15mm thick leveling coarse of 1:3 cement sand mortar with CERA LATEX SBR/ FOSROC NITO BOND SBR / SIKA additive or equivalent approved water proofing compound @ 3kg per bag of cement over PCC/ RCC inclding hacking of cement surfces with pointed tools, scaffolding, finishing, curing at all elevation all as per specification. 2) First coat of acrylic based polymer modified cementicious composite mortar. 3) One layer of fibre glass cloth reinforcement. 4) Second coat of acrylic based polymer modified cementicious composite mortar. 5) 20mm thick protective layer of 1:5 cement sand with approved water proofing compound. 6) One coat bituminous primer. 7) 4mm thick APP polymer modified bituminous membrane having minimum weight of 4.5 kg /sq.m with granular surfacefinished on top of in single layer. 8) Third coat of acrylic based polymer modified cementicious composite mortar. 9) 20mm thick protective layer of 1:3 cement sand with with CERA LATEX SBR/ FOSROC NITO BOND SBR / SIKA additive or equivalent approved water proofing compound @ 3kg per bag of cement. 10. Hydro testing the sump for leak tightness & rectification of defects. Note: Suitable Agency having past experience of executing underground such type of waterproofing works only to be engaged and guarantee of 10 years againts any leaks/ defects and rectification of the same has to be executed by the agency under the counter guarantee of the contractor in the standard format.
Providing plastering in cement mortar 1:4, 20mm thick at all elevation with CERA LATEX SBR/ FOSROC NITO BOND SBR / SIKA additive or equivalent approved water proofing compound @ 3kg per bag of cement over PCC/ RCC inclding hacking of cement surfces with pointed tools, scaffolding, finishing, curing at all elevation all as per specification.
Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel confirming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make ' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all lifts .
Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and dirctored including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the form work will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing, cutting, supplying, bending to the shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in the position structural steel members like MS structural embedment's/ pipe sleeves/penetration etc.. Using MS angles, channels, I-section plates, tees, flats, round square section etc., including chamfering and rounding of the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer/ Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coat of flat oil paint /synthetic enamel paint of approved colour make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per the specification, drawings as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arrange by the contractor at his own cost.
Providing and placing in position Serrated with central bulb 225mm wide PVC water stops conforming IS :12200 of Deep-Jyoti or equivalent for construction/expansion joint between to RCC members and fixed to the reinforcement with binding wire before pouring concrete etc, complete.
Providing and laying cast -insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete M20 grade with 320 kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete for all floors at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum of size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates including weigh batching, charges for mixing and cost admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, column, lintels, sunshades, gutter slab, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately ) all as per specification all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item.Note:1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing and cost of admixture. Chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtain for dosage and compatibility. 2.Test certificate of cement procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related work by the Contractor. 3.The rate shall be quoted on the bases of using minimum cement per Cu.m. of concrete mention below for relevant grade of concrete any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of the cement specified in Schedule F.

Providing F3 Finishing over concrete surface in cement mortar 1:1.5 (1 part of cement : 1.5 part of fine sand ) including wetting the surface, labour, curing, all material, scaffolding, at all elevation complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with premium plastic emulsion paint (Asian or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufactures) to given an even shade including one under coat of cement primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and applying painting Two coats on rough cast plaster surface at all level with Acrylic emulsion paint (APEX or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufactures) to given an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying and fixing in position of heavy quality Cast iron manhole frame and cover, steps etc of specified weight for the inspection chamber, valve chamber etc all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying and fixing tested heavy quality DI specials/ fittings K12 class socket, spigot and flanged specials such as bend, collars, tapers, tee, duck foot bend, flanged socket and flangeed spigot tail pieces, blank flanges etc and conforming to IS 9523 and IS 8329. Drilling holes to the flanged fittings shall be PN 25 Classification and socket specials / fittings shall be suitable for rubber gasket ( SPR) push on joints etc complete. (Joints will be paid for separately under relavent items) -80 to 300mm dia.
Providing and fixing PVC SWR rain water downtake pipes 160mm outer dia conforming to IS:13592 Type A and PVC SWR Fitting & specials confriming to IS:14735 . 'Finolex' or other approved equivalent make of pipes, fitting & specials including jointing with seal ring / with PVC solvent adhesive including fixing in walls /cloumns using clamps, anchor fasteners, bolts and teakwood packing pieces, anchor fasteners, bolts and teakwood packing pieces, joints testing etc. complete all as per drawings specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
