Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in & raming earth/ broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering, & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m & making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

M&L PCC in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type B2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate all as specified.

S&F Rolled mild steel sections as in main & cross beams, hip & jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters & running rails & guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to GDE Fe410-0 or Fe 310-O all as specified.

S&F Rolled mild steel Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary & counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to GDE Fe410-0 or Fe 310-O complete all as specified.

S&F Mild steel bolts, purpose made, with hexagonal / square head one end & screwed the other/ screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers & one hexagonal or square nut, exc 30cm long dia of neck exc 20 but n exc 25 mm complete all as specified.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel & iron surfaces of any description, n exc 10cm width or girth over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint, including preparation of new surface complete all as specified.

Taking down Chowkats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) all as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in CM or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles complete all as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 for manhole etc complete all as specified.

S&F Anodised Aluminium frame work of for door, windows and ventilators and partition wall with one or more rebates fixed in position as per manufacturer's instruction including necessary joining cleat, glazing clips, rubber packing, beading etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality along with EPDM rubber all around the glass edges n exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane and fixed to Aluminium framed work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 12mm thick Block boards, grade 1 quality, exterior grade, decorative type with decorative face veneer on both faces, fixed with screws to timber frame-work complete all as specified.

RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls,beams etc complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork in CM (1:6) complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work on wall or over roof concrete surfaces mixed with integral water proofing compound finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note:- water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors & pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) (unreinforced) complete all as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

S&F Coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed in CM(1:4) complete all as specified.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 350mm x 250mm x 7 mm thick as in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colour pigment to match over and including 10 mm thick cement mortar dubbing coat in CM 1 : 4 all as specified and as directed.

M&L Solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube , supplying and fixing in opening as per specification & drawing including stainless steel butt hinges complete all as specified.

Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement or stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail. S/F of 50mm th PUF insulated Board made of 0.50 mm thick GI sheet (one side corugated and one side plane) powder coated filled with PUF for thermal insulation on roof including necessary fixtures and fittings of same material fixed with self drilling screw and sealed with epoxy sealent complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Hot water pipe duly insulated with glass wool and aluminium cladding up to 25 mm bore including joints, bend, tee,complete all as specified and as directed.

GI medium grade tubes 25mm bore including fittings laid in trenches including Tee, socket, Elbow etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with two single core FRLS, PVC insulated, stranded, unsheathed cable copper conductor with size 04 Sqmm and drawing through & including Non metallic PVC conduit concealed in wall including earth continuity conductor of size 04 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable and connected to earth dolly to be drawn in ccocealed PVC conduit including connecting to main board complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip25X4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 15mm bore incl provision of concrete pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-I,using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC(1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less tyhan 4 Kg/Sqm and 6mmdia bar handle ,excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal dust and salt light grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel and wire mashand medium grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore 5Mtr long and GI strip upto main earthing of pole complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3of MES Sch 2009 Part-I all as specified and directed. Note: Upto 7.5 mtr length of pipe of 20mm bore GI tubing and GI wire shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by tenderer.

S&F sheet metal enclosures for MCBs,single pole and neutral, 08 ways 240 Volts double door type complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying one coat of bitumen base primer on gutters.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of 0.55 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws as on ridges as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation for hidden surfaces.

Supply any water proofing compound.

Note:- The contractor is supposed to submit design of shelter from Govt. approved Engneering college as per plinth area available and get it approved from GE before execution and cost for design shall be borne by the contractor.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.
