ARC OF MAINT. OF GTG CO2 FLOODING SYSTEM
Per day per service engineer charges:Service Charges for per day per Service Engineer/ Expert visiting from regional office for preventive & Breakdown maintenance, Servicing and functional checking of M/s Agnice Make CO2 system on the basis of actual days for which Services are rendered duly certified in the vendor Timesheet by Engineer-in-charge. The job will be done as per availability of Generator shutdown or on emergency requirement. The Engineer shall visit the plant and do necessary activities for servicing of M/s Agnice make CO2 system installed in GTG Unit. The scope of the servicing as mentioned in the scope of work. Service Charges Per day shall include travelling, lodging, boarding, fooding etc if Service Engineer/Expert is deputed from regional office. If the Service Engineer/ Expert is deputed from M/s AGNICE FIRE PROTECTION PVT LTD. Head Office (Chennai), To & Fro Travel expenses shall be provided as per line item-20.
To & Fro Travel expenses per visit: The Lumpsum amount incurred per visit towards To & Fro Travel expenses per visit from M/s AGNICE FIRE PROTECTION PVT LTD. Head Office (Chennai) to Guwahati by air (economy class)/ 1st Class Rail and to IOCL Bongaigaon Refinery by taxi and back including all air/train/taxi fares and local conveyance per visit. Payment will be made against documentary evidence limited to maximum upto quoted price per visit. This charge is applicable only when the Service Engineer/ Expert of M/s Agnice is deputed from the head office i.e. Chennai during emergency as per IOCL requirement only.
