Supply of foundation bolts of 25 mm dia & 750 mm length, manufactured from Special steel along with MS nuts, washer, anchor, plates and templates.

Supply of Energy efficient environment friendly, long life, exclusive innovative die-cast aluminum flood LED light as light source suitable for height lighting architectural features or retal spaces,1X200 watt JETA VALOUR LED Fitting complete as required. Make: Bajaj/ Philips/Havells / DJB approved make.

Supply of 4X16 sq. mm PVC insulated & PVC sheathed armored Aluminum conductor cable. Make : Havells /Gloster/Grandlay/DJb approved make

Supply of 4X25 sq. mm PVC insulated & PVC sheathed armored Aluminum conductor cable Make : Havells /Gloster/Grandlay/DJb approved make

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Construction of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete (1 : 1.5 : 3) for the high mast consideration the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/Sq Mtr. At 2.5 Meter depth with all materials and labour. Size: 1mtr X 1 mtr X 2.5mtr. ( 12 mm & 10 mm TMT bar @ 45 kg/ Sq. mtr)

Erection of the high mast with the help crane and suitable tools & tackles, foundation bolt, wiring & fixing of luminaries on pole with all materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed Flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 Sq. mm, lugs etc. i/c all labour. The job also includes fixing of MCB in control box, fixing of MCB DP ( and its connections with existing main switch) as taken above and connections of luminaries with control box with copper cable and from control box to main MCB DP with the help of aluminum cable with required thimbling, tapping etc as required

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 mtr long 40 mm dia i/c accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc, with charcoal and salt as reqd.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 meter below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required

Automatic energy-saving illumination system for the high mast illumination system having automation with automatic/manual switch for ON/OFF operation of Lights as programming through digital time switch and programmable energysaving customization system as per the operation required at site with Energy Lights and each light should be operatable individually by MCB 6A. The main incoming power supply through 4P MCCB 63A with spreader terminal. The complete system is to be installed in MS panel powder coated having locking arrangement with Acrylic transparent front frame of size 900mm x 700mm x 500mm 16 SWG mounted an angle iron frame of size of 40mmx40mmx5 mm having height 750mm by making foundation on surface/grouting as per site requirement and direction of engineer in charge.

Loading, unloading, cartage and transportation charges for the above high mast pole upto the side ic charges of heavy labour etc. as per site req.

Testing & commissioning of complete high mast pole in the presence of engineer-in-charge with full satisfaction
