Replacement of 20MVA 132/33KV Transformer - I (NGEF make) by 40MVA 132/33KV Transformer (Alstom make) alongwith other associated Works at 132KV Sub Station Bilsi including Loading of 40MVA Transformer at 132KV Sub Station Bisauli, its Carriage from Bisauli to Bilsi & Unloading at 132KV Sub Station Bilsi, with all Cost of Men, Materials, Misc. Consumables, Trailer / Trucks, Crane / Hydra, T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Job, as per Technical Specifications & Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below : (1) Shifting of Oil filled Main Tank of the 40MVA Transformer at 132KV Sub Station Bisauli upto 20 Meter Distance including Turning of the Tank, as Required for Loading of the Transformer on the Trailer including Shifting of all associated Accessories like Bushings, Radiators, Conservator Tank, Cooling Fans, OLTC Panel, Marshalling Box, Oil in Drums etc. towards Loading Place.
(2) Loading of the Main Tank of the above 40MVA Transformer on Low Bed Trailer to be Arranged by the Contractor alongwith associated Accessories like Conservator Tank, Radiators, Bushings, Turrets, Transformer Oil in Drums, OLTC Panel, Marshalling Box etc. on Trailer / Trucks at 132KV Sub Station Bisauli. The Job includes Jacking the Transformer Tank for Placing the Wooden Sleeper and simultaneously Lifting the Tank by Jacking & Placing Sleepers continuously under the Tank till the Wooden Sleepers Platform comes upto height of Trailer Bed and then Placing the Rails over the Trailer Bed & Wooden Sleeper Platform and Shifting the Tank on the Trailer Bed. Finally, Removal of the Rails from Under the Tank and then, Properly Securing / Lacing the Tank with the help of Steel Wire Ropes and Turn Buckles for Safe Transportation of the Transformer Tank including Loading of all associated Accessories & Oil in Drums on Trailer / Trucks.
(3) Safe Carriage of the above 40MVA Transformer Tank, Loaded on the Trailer and its associated Accessories including Transformer Oil Drums on Trailer / Trucks (Trailer & Trucks to be Arranged by the Contractor) from 132KV Sub Station Bisauli to 132KV Sub Station Bilsi. (Distance approx. 25 Km)
(4) Unloading after Opening of Lashing of Main Tank of the above 40MVA Transformer, Loaded on Trailer at 132KV Sub Station Bilsi by Jacking the Tank for Placing the Rail under the Transformer Tank and Shifting it on Wooden Sleeper Platform, Removing the Rail under the Transformer Tank on Wooden Sleeper, Lowering the Tank towards Ground by Slowly and Removing the Wooden Sleeper under the Tank including Unloading of various associated Accessories like Oil Filled Drums, Bushings, Radiators, Conservator Tank, Cooling Fans, OLTC Panel, Marshalling Box etc. from Trailer / Trucks.
(5) Opening of all Cable Connections of C&R Panel, OLTC Driving Mechanism, Marshalling Box, Cooling Fans etc. of the 20MVA Transformer - I at 132KV Sub Station Bilsi.
(6) Dismantling of RTCC Panel of the above 20MVA Transformer including Disconnection of Control Cables and Cutting of its Earthing, then Shifting the same from Control Room to Stores at the Sub Station.
(7) Erection of RTCC Panel of the 40MVA Transformer after Shifting of RTCC Panel from Unloading Place to Control Room, then Earthing of the RTCC Panel.
(8) Dismantling of existing 132KV LAs alongwith associated Structures installed in the aobve 20MVA Transformer Bay after due Cutting of Earthing, Opening of Jumpers etc. (1 Job per LA with Structure)
(9) Opening of Jumpers in the above 20MVA Transformer Bay as per Details below : (a) Opening of Jumpers with Single ACSR Panther Conductor and associated Terminal Connectors, P.G. Clamps etc. between HV side Bushings of the Transformer to 132KV Jack Bus Bar Conductors including all associated Equipments in between.
(b) Opening of Jumpers with Twin ACSR Moose Conductor and associated Terminal Connectors, P.G. Clamps etc. between LV side Bushings of the Transformers to 33KV C.B. including all associated Equipments in between.
(10) Complete Dismantling of Accessories of the above 20MVA Transformer including Removal of Earthing, Opening of Cable Connections, Draining out the Transformer Oil up to Required Level in 209 Lit. Capacity Oil Drums, Removal of Conservator Tank, Pipe Lines, Bushings, Cooling Fans, Marshaling Box, Radiators etc. after Draining of Radiator Oil, then Fixing of Blanking Plates on the Radiators, Pipe Lines, Conservator Tank Turret etc. with Proper Stacking of all the Dismantled Items at suitable Place in the Switchyard. (Blanking Plate including Bolts & Nuts, as Required shall be Provided by the Contractor)
(11) (a) Shifting of Main Tank of the dismantled 20MVA Transformer from its Plinth upto 20 Meter distance including Turning of the Tank, as Required.
(b) Additional Shifting of Tank of the above Transformer upto 65 Meter Distance at Safe Storage Place. (1 Job for every 5 Meter or Part thereof)
(12) Packing of HV / LV / Neutral Bushings of the dismantled 20MVA Transformer including Proper Wrapping with Polythene Sheet in Wooden Cases / Crates.
(13) Shifting of Complete Accessories of the dismantled 20MVA Transformer including Oil in Drums and Bushings Packed in Wooden Cases / Crates from Switchyard to Safe Storage Place at the Sub Station (Approx. 85 Meter Distance)
(14) (a) Shifting of Main Tank of the above 40MVA Transformer to its Plinth from Storage Place upto 20 Meter Distance including Turning of the Tank, as Required.
(b) Additional Shifting of Tank of the above Transformer upto 55 Meter Distance. (1 Job for every 5 Meter or Part thereof)
(15) Shifting of Complete Accessories of the above 40MVA Transformer including Oil in Drums and Bushings Packed in Wooden Cases / Crates from Unloading Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site in Switchyard. (Approx. 75 Meter Distance)
(16) Replacement of Complete Gaskets of the above 40MVA Transformer including Top Cover Gasket by due Lifting the Top Cover with the help of Crane alongwith Replacement of Gaskets of Radiators, Bushings, Pipe Lines etc. by Providing & Fixing of new Gaskets of appropriate sizes by due Cutting & Fabrication out of Rubberized Cork Sheet Gaskets of Thickness 12 / 10 / 8 / 6 mm of Konica / Torborze / Nu-cork make with due Tightening of all the Bolts, Nuts including Covering & Tightening of all the Openings wherever required with the help of required Blanking Plates to avoid the Oil Leakages.
(17) Complete Erection of the above 40MVA Transformer including its Radiators, Conservator Tank, Turrets, HV / LV / Neutral Bushings, Connecting Pipe Lines, Cooling Fans, OLTC Drive Mechanism Box, Marshaling Box etc. alongwith all other associated Works.
(18) Centrifuging of Transformer Oil in Oil Storage Tank after Filling of Oil in Oil Storage Tank from Oil Drums, Un-interrupted till the Desired BDV Value of the Oil is Achieved and then, Filling & Topping up of the Centrifuged T/F Oil in above 40MVA Transformer as per Standard Procedure to Maintain Required Oil Level in the Transformer. Centrifuging Machine, its Operator and all associated T&Ps shall be Arranged by the Contractor at his own Cost.
(19) Centrifuging & Circulation of Transformer Oil in above 40MVA Transformer, Un-interrupted till the Desired BDV Value of the Oil & IR Values of Bushings are Achieved including Hourly Recording all the Parameters such as Temp., Vacuum, Insulation Resistance etc. Centrifuging Machine, its Operator and all associated T&Ps shall be Arranged by the Contractor at his own Cost.
(20) Re-Termination of old Control Cables of the dismantled 20MVA Transformer, its RTCC Panel and C&R Panel including Termination of additionally Laid new Control Cables with above 40MVA Transformer, its RTCC Panel and C&R Panel at both ends alongwith Re-Glanding, Re-Ferruling etc. as per new Cable Schedule.
(21) Earthing of Main Tank, Marshaling Box, OLTC Drive Mechanism Box, Transformer Neutral etc. of the above 40MVA Transformer with the help of 75×10 mm / 50×6 mm size M.S. Flats, its Jointing with already Laid Earth Mat / Deltas at 2 Places with Necessary Modifications in Existing Support Structure for Earthing of the Neutral Bushing and then Painting of the Earthing Strips.
(22) Erection of 132KV LAs alongwith associated Structures in 40MVA Transformer Bay including Earthing etc. (1 Job per LA with Structure)
(23) Dismantling of 33KV 400 / 1 Amp. CTs after Opening of Bolts - Nuts, Control Cable Connections, Earthing, Jumpering etc. and then Shifting of the dismantled CTs from Site to Stores at the Sub Station. (1 Job per CT)
(24) Erection of 33KV 800 / 1 Amp. CTs with due Tightening, Control Cable Connections, Earthing, Jumpering etc. including Shifting of the CTs from Stores at the Sub Station to Site. (1 Job per CT)
(25) Jumpering of the above 40MVA Transformer as per Details below : (a) Jumpering with Single ACSR Panther Conductor and associated Terminal Connectors, P.G. Clamps etc. between HV side Bushings to 132KV Jack Bus Bar Conductors including all associated Equipments in between.
(b) Jumpering with Twin ACSR Moose Conductor and associated Terminal Connectors, P.G. Clamps etc. between LV side Bushings to 33KV C.B. including all associated Equipments in between.
