Construction of Foundations and RCC Tanks for the work of Upgradation of ETP Plant at Verka Jalandhar Dairy on labour rate

Part A - Civil Works

Sub Head - 1 EARTH WORK

Earth work in excavation for all type of foundations, footings, trenches, lift well etc. in all kinds of soil where pick-jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2 meters depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent refilling around masonary/concrete etc. in 15cms layers with compaction/ consolidation, including disposal of all surplus soil as directed, within campus / site.

Filling, spreading & leveling stone boulders of size 5 cm to 20 cm, for all leads and lifts, all complete as per direction of E-in-C

Sub Head - 2 CENTERING & SHUTTERING

Providing and fixing steel shuttering for faces of concrete foundations, footings, strips, pedestals, foundation beam, plinth beams (vertical, or battering) and columns etc. Complete in all respects as directed by E-in-C.

Centering and shuttering for faces of walls, partitions, retaining walls and the like (vertical or battering) including attached pilasters, buttresses etc when curved. ref 9.3

Providing and fixing steel shuttering and centering for RCC columns (square or rectangular or polygonal in plain). Complete in all respects as directed by E-in-C.

Sub Head - 3 CONCRETE WORK

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 using concrete mixture volumetric type with stone aggregate (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 stone aggregate 40mm gauge) for all types of foundations, footings, below rafts, extension columns, plinth beams/under floor etc. including spreading, laying, ramming and consolidating as per requirements and curing etc. but excluding centering and shuttering, complete in all respects as directed by E-in-C.

Providing & laying Reinforced cement concrete M-25 mechanically mixed using batch type concrete mixture as per IS 1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement, centering and shuttering, for all types of RCC works i.e. column, footings, strips, pedestals, tie beams & plinth beams etc. as per structural drawings/ design including laying, spreading, ramming, watering, consolidating &curing etc., Complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing & laying Reinforced cement concrete M-30 mechanically mixed using batch type concrete mixture as per IS 1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement, centering and shuttering, for all types of RCC works i.e. column, footings, strips, pedestals, tie beams & plinth beams etc. as per structural drawings/ design including laying, spreading, ramming, watering, consolidating &curing etc., Complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing and fixing/placing in position Ribbed/Tor/T.M.T. Steel Bars, for R.C.C. works, where not including in the complete rate of R.C.C. included bending, binding and placing in position as per structural design/ drawing including cost of binding wire. Complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Sub Head - 4 BRICK WORK

Providing & constructing Ist Class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including scaffolding, watering, curing etc. complete in all respects, as directed by the E-in-C.
