M&L for mild steel work in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc,) and including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc, and including provision of binding wire including dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts diameter of neck 11 to 15 mm (machine made) with hexoganal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc. 10 cm but not exc. 15 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc, complete all as as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured).

M&L mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 1000 Litres capacity, multilayered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position and including 20 mm dia nipple suitable for HDPE water tank (minimum weight 45 gm), 20 mm bore ball valves (minimum weight 210 gm) high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed to 20 mm bore pipe & locking with GI wire (to prevent monkey menace) to tank complete all as specified and directed. M&L for roof treatment in order of precedence as given below complete all as specified and as directed:- (i) Taking out of existing water proofing treatment and including padding, cleaning the surface using wire brush, brooming down and washing down with water to remove dust etc, and brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg of cement per Sqm. (ii) 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 on surface. (iii) Cleaning of plastered surface and applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr / Sqm. (Contd...)

(iv) Supply and laying 3 mm (Minimum) thick APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer with weight not less than 3.60 Kg per Sqm, reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 30 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (v) Applying one coat of water proofing paint with aluminium finish over APP as per manufacturer's instruction. Note :- (a) Bituminous primer shall be "ShaliTex Primer" manufactured by M/s STP Ltd or equivalent in M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd or M/s Fosroc Chemicals or M/s Hindcon chemicals limited or M/s IWL India Limited (b) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done by torch on method as per manufactures instructions. (c) A minimum overlap of 100 mm and 75 mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints shall be sealed as per manufacturers instruction. (d) APP based polymeric membrane shall be “SUPER THERMOLAY” manufactured by M/s STP Ltd or “WP Shield” manufactured by M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd or equivalent of M/s Fosroc Chemicals or M/s Hindcon chemicals limited or M/s IWL India Limited (e) Water proofing paint shall be by M/s STP Ltd or M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd or M/s Fosroc Chemicals or M/s Hindcon chemicals limited or M/s IWL India Limited
