SPECIAL REPAIR TO UG CABLE AND PANELS OF STREET LIGHTS ALONGWITH ALLIED SERVICES AT AEC TRG COLLEGE AND CENTRE PACHMARHI UNDER AGE(I) PACHMARHI

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide & not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shafts , wells, cesspits, manholes, laying of pipe and not exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & diected.

Supply and spreading clean and dry fine sand free from sharp materials (unwashed) laying in trenches around the cable for cushioning in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note : Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying or fixing or passing through pipe, testing and commissioning 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed steel tape / wire armoured solid aluminium conductor cable of nominal cross sectional area 10 sqmm 4 core including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area , 3.5 core 35 sqmm including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, in replacement, steel tubular swaged pole 8.5 m long, type 410 SP-22 with cast iron or welded MS base plate including nuts / bolts / washers etc conforming to IS-2713 (Part I to III) of 1980 and comprising of the followings:- (a) Excavation in post holes in any type of soil, not exceeding 0.5 cum each, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good the disturbed surface complete. (b) PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in base (0.60 m dia x 0.15 m height). (c) PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling (0.60 m dia x 1.5 m height). (d) PCC (1:2:4) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in coping (0.60 m dia x 0.45 m height) including formwork. (e) Pole cap 0.30 m long externally fitted on pole top duly welded with a light grade ISI marked GI pipe bracket 1.5 m long for mounting street light fitting.( GI pipe will be considered for payment against Srl item No. 12 of BOQ here-in-after) (f) Painting with aluminium paint one under coat, one finishing coat over a coat of red oxide primer and making alternate colour bands of black & white colours in 30 cms width upto a height of 1.5 m from pole coping with synthetic enamelled paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning new aluminium housing cum heat sink LED flood light luminaire having a nominal system lumen output of 12500 lumens at a minimum system efficacy of 105 lumens per watt and total power consumption not more than 200 watt including driver suitable for fixing arrangement in high mast. It has a rated system life time of 50000 burning hours at L70 and should have a color temperature of 6500K, CRI>80, THD < 10% and PF > 0.95 including taking down old light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, in replacement, street light junction box with thermoplastic, IP 65 cable junction box with metric knockouts on all sides for cable entry size: 200 x 160 x 98 mm as per Hensel Cat part no. K 9250 or equivalent in Eaton or Rittal or Secure duly fitted with followings:- (a) One number DIN Rail (35 mm). (b) Four numbers connector of 10 sqmm ( Make : ELMEX or equivalent as approved by AGE(I) Pachmarhi) (c) One number end plate ( Make : ELMEX or equivalent make as approved by AGE(I) Pachmarhi). (d) One number MCB, SP, 6 Amp, 10 KA, 'C' series ( Make : Legrand (cat part no 408587) or equivalent Make in Hager or Schneider as approved by AGE(I) Pachmarhi.)

Supplying and fixing 40 mm bore, ISI marked steel tubes light grade galvanised with all fittings used for cable protection including taking out old GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F LED street light 60watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughned glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics, IP66 protection and resistance of IK07 having clamp for mounting on pole /wall working on 240V AC 50Hz, consisting of reflective lens, wired with appropriate driver, PF > 0.98, having over voltage protection upto 400Volts, including fixing on steel tubular or PCC pole with 2 Nos MS clamps made of 40x6mm and bracket made of 40mm dia light grade GI Pipe , not less than 1.2 m long including connection with 02 single Core PVC insulated Copper conductor cable 1100V grade of size 1.5sqmm including taking down old unserviceable light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L , in replacement, earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6.00mm thick buried directly under ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including galvanized iron wire 4.0 mm not exceeding 7.5meters for each earth without protection pipe, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers made out of GI all as shown on Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part I(2009) to the extent applicable to this item including necessary making PCC pit of size 0.3 m x 0.3 m x 0.3 m (inner size) in mix 1:2:4 type B1 with RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 8 mm dia MS TMT bars @75mm C/C both ways, with lifting hook made out of 8 mm dia bar, necessary excavation, earthwork, filling with salt & charcoal etc complete and testing on completion to achieve desired value complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- GI wire and protection pipe from earth electrode to test point, max upto 7.50M, shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate as quoted by the contractor against this item.)
