Supply and installation of Anutone (or) Euvalent Brand of Accoustical false ceiling of subtex rubby, square edge, glass fibre cor fully encapsulated ceiling tile of size 595x595x15mm having volume density 120kgs/m3, weight1.8/2.4/3kg/32/m2 which is susbendfed by using 0.30mm thick skelet trells T15 metal grid system, Skelet WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15/19mm length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centres , then suspended the skelet MT15 W36 Main T with flange width15mm, height 32mm and length3600mm, from the soft slab with help of soft cleat and wire rod with levelling spring clip at 1200mm centres, skelet CT15 W12 cross T with flange width 15mm , height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked in to the pre -cut slotsin the main T15, at 600mm centres in the perpendicular direction to the main T15, finally the skelet CT15 w36 cross T with flange width 15mm , height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked in to the precut slots in the CT15 W12 Cross T in directin parallel to teh main T15 to result in 600x600mm module. The subtex nubby sqaure edge of size 595x595x15mm shall be placed in to the grid size of 600mm x600mm. Ensure arrow marks behind the tiles are oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade. The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.9NRC, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department offices. Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of following size and Variety with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., complete complying with standard speicification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work)

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Supply and Fixing of Soild PVC door Shutters using 19 gauge 19 mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15 mm MS Sqaure tubes for Top, lock, bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The Over all size of styles shall be 50mmx30mm. The overall size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mmx30mm. The Overall size of frames shall be 50mmx45mmwith suitable rabate for housing the shutter.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and fixing Acoustic Wall Panelling ( Equivalent to Armstrong) in channelled wood works perforated panels of width 192mm, thickness 15mm and length of 2400 mm or as per required by the Departmental Engineer made of a high density fibre board with minimum 725 kg/m3 density substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade and finish and a melamine balancing layer on the revrse side. The boards shall have a special perforation pattern where the visible surface has a "Helmholtz" fluted perforation of 3mm width and 21mm of visible panel each. The edges of the panel shall be "tongue and grooved" to receive special clips for installation. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non woven accoustical fleese having NRC of 0.52. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines using clips provided by Armstrong and approved by the Engineer - in- charge

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and Fixing of MS iron Grill work with necessary MS Plates and Angles etc completed

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Providing Fusion Bonded Epoxy coating not less than 175microns thickness and upto 300 microns to reinforcement of all diameters as per IS 13620/1993 including testing of coating at plant.The cost is inclusive of cost on account of careful handling, PVC coated binding wires, touchup material supplied by coating agency, repair work, loading, unloading and strengthening of bent rods etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing in positon Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm colour glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to CI soil pipes (including the cost of 100mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
