Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with Sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built and set in cement mortar 1:6, incl demolition of existing B/W,complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built and set in cement mortar 1:4, incl demolition of existing B/W, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains, including necessary formwork, demolition of existing old unserviceable concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Add to or Deduct from Item No. 05 here-in-before for Every 25mm Girth or Part thereof Over or Under 30 Cm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Quantity of this item shall be changed as per site requirement.

M&L for Providing Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in Coping, edging, etc. and finishing the Concrete surfaces Fair and Even including necessary Formwork required at Site(s), demolition of existing old unserviceable concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type-B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes, etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4, incl demolition of existing RCC complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant Item.

S&F of TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A, including dismantling of existing old damaged steel structures of any type, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of 0.63mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement morter 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame of Type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) set in cement morter 1:4, including dismantling the existing old damaged one, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor/ path/ hardstanding/plinth protection, etc. or similar works, laid in altenate bays including use and waste of form work and finishing concrete surfaces even and fair and demolition of existing old unserviceable concrete, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing 100 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor/ path/ hardstanding/plinth protection, etc. or similar works, laid in altenate bays including use and waste of form work and finishing concrete surfaces even and rough and demolition of existing old unserviceable concrete, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Vitrified Ceramic heavy duty chequered finished coloured parking tiles, scratch/ stain resistant 10 to 12mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 18- 20mm thick Granite work (of any type, table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like above 20mm thich bed in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, including dismantling of existing old damaged stone slab of any type, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing glossy finished PU coated Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors., laid over 20mm thick cement screed 1:6 with grey cement and pigments to match, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable tiles of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing Machine pressed precast coloured concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade, with grey cement and pigment, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable paver block of any type and of any description, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations spreading and levelling in layers not exc. 25 cm thick including watering and consolidation, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Hardcore with broken stones/ boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing and laying in-replacement of 150mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 24 here-in-above, but for 450mm dia RCC NP-2 pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cleaning of septic tanks of any capacity with removing of sludges etc and carrying to a distance exc 100 meters but n.exc 250 meters and depositing in ditches including necessary rough excavation over areas in soft/ loose soil with spreading and leveling of excavated soils in the ditches over the sludge, removing surplus soils to a distance n.exc 50m and supply and sprinkling bleaching powder over the area of ditches with one meter around, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Unit Quoted Rate shall be inclusive of Excavation and Bleaching powder)

M&L for Cleaning of sewage line of any diameter and of any description including manholes by manually or other means, to clear the sludge/blockage inside the sewage line and manholes and will be flushing with water to drain out sludge etc. inside the sewage line from manhole to ease the flow of sewage including removing the sludge and re- fixing the manhole cover complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. MAKE- Prince/ Supreme/ Kisan/ Prayag

S&F of 11-15 mm dia Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and including provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc.(each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: Cost of GI Binding Wire shall deem to be included in the quoted Unit Rate.

M&L for Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5cum in soft/loose soil and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 meters and making good surface, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of mild steel section (Angle, channel, flat iron) as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, including dismantling and uprooting of existing old damaged fencing post of any type and any means of embedment, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of 4.0mm dia GI Chain Link Fencing of 100x100mm Mesh to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: Cost of GI Binding Wire shall deem to be included in the quoted Unit Rate.

S&F of 10mm dia mild steel Tie bars cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending as in stiffner to chain link fencing, conforming to Fe- 290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously un-treated steel/iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of any tint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new or previously un-treated steel/iron surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of any tint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 0.50mm thick Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based semi-corrugated (trapizoidal profile) steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of 0.50mm thick Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
