Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded
Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years
Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded
List of Financial Resources with Certificates
Satisfactory completed, at least one similar Nature of work such as Laying of UGD Pipe Line work of value not less than Rs. 25.40 Lakhs as prime contractor. (last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26)
Executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work. ( In last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26) 1) Earthwork: 1536.00 Cum., 2)Laying of RCC NP-3 Pipe Line : 352.00 Mtr and 3)Construction of Circular type Manholes: 4.00 Each
Valid KPWD Class-I Contractor License Registration
Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 101.60 Lakhs (last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26) (Annual Profit and loss Statement shall be Attached/Uploaded)
Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. 15.25 Lakhs (Unconditional Credit lines/ letters of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc).
